Config. 1+1 Startup: Jun Availability of whole plant in 2011: 97.8% (357days) Outage caused by ASU Note The production rate of gasification unit is changed as line by points 1,7,8,9,6 For each point: 1. A (operating) gasifier start to ramp down from 100% 2. ASU to ramp up from 100% 3. ASU with 115% production rate 4. ASU to ramp down 5. ASU back to 100% production rate 6.
