6 VIEW OF THE SHOP TFC is housed in a 22,000 square foot shop in East Greenville, Pennsylvania. We are a family/woman-owned business that has been providing a select few high quality coatings since 1970 and located in East Greenville since We currently have 17 employees the most we ve ever had.

19 I WON T MENTION ANY NAMES, BUT... By the way, there must be a DCMA witness and we need the parts NOW! You MAY become a second source. After 8-hour audit: You have no NADCAP review board may not approve you anyway. Employee retraining schedules on our timetable, not yours.

20 I WON T MENTION ANY NAMES, BUT... We wrote three process specs based on your process but we forgot to tell you and we wrote them incorrectly. We don t want to use the other three coaters in the USA but Here s our supplier self audit. It should only take five hours to complete.

21 I WON T MENTION ANY NAMES, BUT... I sent 76-paged DFARS Cyber Security requirements. Do you comply? Different divisions do not recognize quality approvals from their own companies. Sorry, we are only approving you for one part number because that s the one no one else can do. You can send out all testing requirements done inhouse cost not considered.

22 IF I WERE QUEEN FOR A DAY I would ask for meaningful, content-appropriate supplier selfsurveys. I would say - Share your programs and customer-specific training materials. Don t make us re-invent the wheel.

23 IF I WERE QUEEN FOR A DAY I would be happy to do my best to comply with PRACTICAL requests. I would remind our cost in resources yearly audits both written and in person.

24 IF I WERE QUEEN FOR A DAY I would ask you to send auditors who can see that a very small business who only does a few processes can do them well and doesn t necessarily need a large corporate structure to get the job done. We welcome the chance to show them our shop and the quality work we do without third-party certifications.

25 IF I WERE QUEEN FOR A DAY Recognize the value in our expertise and strike a balance between your quality requirements and our desire to remain a small, high quality company. You need us and we need you. Let s not make us the enemy because we are small.
