The Breakup of posts shown against each indent is given below:- Against indent No. SWC/Estt/02/2013 Dated: Board advertised 14 posts (OM=08, RBA=03, SC=01, ST=01, ALC=01) of Tehsil Social Welfare Officer / Superintendent of Homes, State Cadre, in pursuance to the advertisement notification 02 of 2014, (Item No. 138). The Select list for the said item is hereby enclosed as (Annexure A ). Against indent No. SWC/Estt/02/2013-II Dated: Board advertised 09 posts (OM=05, RBA=02, SC=01, ST=01) of Tehsil Social Welfare Officer, State Cadre, in pursuance to the advertisement notification 06 of 2013, (Item No. 013). The Select list for the said item is hereby enclosed as (Annexure B ). Against indent No. SWC/Estt/02/2013-II Dated: Board advertised 04 posts (OM=03, RBA=01) of Tehsil Social Welfare Officer, State Cadre, in pursuance to the advertisement notification 06 of 2013, (Item No. 014). The Select list for the said item is hereby enclosed as (Annexure C ). Against indent No. SWC/Estt/02/2013-II and SWC/Estt/02/2013 Dated: and Board advertised 20 posts (OM=11, RBA=04, SC=02, ST=02, ALC=01) of Tehsil Social Welfare Officer / Superintendent of Homes, Diviaional Cadre Kashmir, in pursuance to the advertisement notification 01 of 2014, (Item No. 017). The Select list for the said item is hereby enclosed as (Annexure D ). Against indent No. SWC/Estt/02/2013-PF Dated: Board advertised 01 post (OM=01) of Tehsil Social Welfare Officer / Superintendent of Homes, Divisional Cadre Kashmir, in pursuance to the advertisement notification 05 of 2015, (Item No. 230). The Select list for the said item is hereby enclosed as (Annexure E ). In response to the said advertisement notifications candidates having qualified the written test were shortlisted for interview in the ratio of 1:5 wherever applicable. On the basis of points obtained in written test, weight-age determined in accordance with selection criteria and the interview awards, select list so framed on the basis of merit was approved by the Board. The undersigned is directed to enclose the select list/recommendation as Annexure A to E. This select list shall be subject to outcome of any writ petition(s), if any, pending in any court of the competent jurisdiction. That the Board is devoid of any fool proof mechanism/resources to verify the recognition status/genuineness of qualification/category certificates/ permanent resident certificate/ Domicile Resident of concerned District for a period not less than 15 years except Schedule Caste Category. Therefore, the indenting

2 department shall have to verify position confidentially from the concerned Universities/ Institutions/departments. You are further requested that in case any certificate/document during the course of verification turns out to be fake/fictitious, the Board may kindly be kept posted with such outcome so that criminal proceedings against such candidates are initiated. The select list is also available on the website of the J&K SSB ( and may be cross verified from it, if required.
