3 Why the study? For Finland, internationality has always been a possibility and a necessity The Finnish society is far more international now than it was 30 years ago Global world requires new type of knowhow and understanding Skills, traits and attributes are not all recognized by employers

4 Contents of the study: 1. Analyzing existing research and knowledge of the field. 2. Expert interviews. 3. Two participatory workshops with over 150 participants. 4. A survey study (close to 2000 participants) for both students and employers. 5. Analyzing research data and writing the report.
