Personal effectiveness, commercial awareness, a strong academic and extra-curricular record, keenness to learn, ability to operate under pressure, a sense of humour, communication skills, commitment, people focus, problem solving and analysis skills, organisation and prioritisation skills (trainee at commercial law firm) we are looking for evidence of - communication skills interpersonal skills sound judgement and common sense initiative Teamwork Commercial acumen (a law firm)
