4 Who are Procorre? Procorre is a global professional services consultancy, which successfully manages the whole life cycle of projects, across a range of industries. Procorre began in Switzerland when a number of professional services consultancies joined together after recognising that combining their skills base and expertise would allow them to provide more high value projects and a greater range of benefits. With offices now in Geneva, Singapore, London and Dublin, Procorre currently deploys over 1,500 highly skilled and experienced consultants on suitable projects around the world, transcending borders and navigating the international legal, political and financial landscape. 10 SERVICES : TALENT MANAGEMENT Profit Share Programmes Procorre Consultants are able to increase their earnings through our Profit Share programmes, which are broken down into two sections: Partner Profit Share All Procorre Consultants have access to our Partner Profit Share, which is paid based on the success of the business as a whole and relates to Procorre s overall profits. Project Profit Share Is paid to our consultants based on their individual contribution to Procorre, such as the introduction of clients, people or projects and the related income and profits. Aside from enhanced project opportunities, any uplift in a Procorre Consultant s income is purely a result of Profit Share payments. All Profit Share payments are taxable the same as any income, for UK based consultants this means that Profit Share must be declared within the relevant year s Self Assessment tax return. 10
11 SERVICES : TALENT MANAGEMENT Example A head-hunter working on behalf of Procorre identified a senior and experienced consultant within a growth sector, during the initial discussions the consultant quickly grasped the benefits of joining Procorre, his current contract had just started and he was aware that his client needed support on other projects. Procorre worked with the consultant and the end client providing 18 additional consultants to the client s project. The Procorre Consultant enjoyed a significant Project Profit Share from this introduction. 12 Global Mobility As a global consultancy, Procorre understand that accepting a role in a new country can be a daunting prospect, however we are on hand to provide our consultants with all of the advice, information and practical assistance they need to work confidently on diverse projects around the world. Procorre are experts in global mobility, with in-depth knowledge of local immigration and employment law, and work closely with clients and consultants to ensure that they can operate effectively wherever they are around the world. 14 SERVICES : GLOBAL MOBILITY Immigration Our global network of over 2,000 in-country partners, which includes lawyers, accountants and government advisors, gives us access to visas, work permits and tax and compliance expertise across 120 countries and most major business sectors. Procorre are able to advise on the most appropriate employment structure for each location and consultant, and ensure that all visa and work permit applications run smoothly and are secured on time. This ensures our consultants arrive in-country on time and fully compliant with all immigration and employment legislation, leaving our consultants to focus on their work rather than visa and work permit issues. 14
15 SERVICES : GLOBAL MOBILITY Immigration Process Give consultants an introductory pack which outlines actions required and a dedicated point of contact in our global mobility function. 1 Check the suitability of applicants documents and organise extra requirements, e.g. booking medicals. 2 3 Send application forms and supporting documents to relevant authorities for processing. 4 We apply this process to obtain spousal visas for consultants partners too, and we assist with formal registration and deregistration on entering and leaving a jurisdiction. Collect the visa from the consulate. If needed, secure dispensation to collect from consulate outside consultant s home country. 15
16 SERVICES : GLOBAL MOBILITY Location Knowledge Our location knowledge and long history of placing consultants across the globe, means we are able to provide our consultants with detailed expat information before they arrive in a new location, along with specialist support staff for each region. We provide our consultants with detailed information on any potential new location, including advice on: Cultural practices Business and social etiquette Country specific risks Visa restrictions Employment legislation Taxation regime Working hours and calendars This expert guidance ensures consultants know the implications of working in a given destination and are prepared to live and work in that country. 18 Project Services After placing consultants on a project and helping them reach their destination, we provide them with tangible benefits and on-project assistance from a range of expert professionals. Should consultants experience difficulties while on project, their dedicated Relationship and Technical Project Managers will be on hand to help resolve them. This means our consultants can focus entirely on the job at hand. Relationship Manager Whilst on project each Procorre Consultant is assisted by a personal Relationship Manager, who acts as a dedicated point of contact throughout their project, on hand to answer any questions and to help them increase their earnings through our Profit Share programmes (refer to page 10 for more information). For consultants being deployed to new locations our Relationship Managers are able to provide detailed relocation briefings, before assisting throughout the entire immigration process, on hand to offer advice on a range of related issues, from how to complete visa applications to advice on suitable schools for consultants children. Technical Project Manager Every Procorre Consultant is also assigned a Technical Project Manager, who will assist them with any project related issues. They will monitor the project, advising consultants of any delays or changes to timescales or targets, notifying them of any contract extensions or changes in local legal or immigration changes with may affect them or the project. 18
19 SERVICES : PROJECT SERVICES Project Insurance We provide consultants with a range of market-leading insurances. While working on intricate projects often in unfamiliar locations, these insurances offer financial safeguards in the event of unforeseen circumstances. This ensures peace of mind by eliminating some of the risks of consulting. Project Income Guarantee If a Procorre Consultant cannot complete a project due to serious injury or illness, Procorre pays the consultant up to 60% of their remaining fee. This gives consultants income security and removes anxiety surrounding potential injury or illness. Professional and Personal Indemnity Insurance We also provide all our consultants with up to 2 million for Professional Indemnity and up to 10 million for Public Liability and Employer s Liability. Project Income Guarantee means should I become sick or have an injury it provides the value of the contract or project Vinnie, Finance. 19
20 SERVICES : PROJECT SERVICES Medical Insurance Procorre Consultants can also benefit from access to private health and international health cover, provided either for free or at heavily discounted rates, and can be extended to close family members as well. These are provided by leading healthcare specialists and provide better terms than policies available on the open market, in the UK this is Bupa. Our policies are medical history disregarded policies and the level of cover is complete which means: Consultants can claim for eligible conditions that existed before enrolment They do not have to disclose their medical history Their GPs will not be contacted Consultants receive fully refunded outpatient benefits This assures consultants that their health is soundly protected. 20

23 Consultant Profiles Finance Name: Vinnie As an experienced information security and risk professional with over 17 years expertise in information technology governance, risk and compliance. I ve established, maintained and monitored information security governance frameworks and designed, implemented and operated controls to allow firms to manage information risks in challenging and new environments. I ve also supported firms to obtain security accreditation to quality and value to stakeholders in a backdrop of ever increasing legal and regulatory requirements. I m a key advocate and believer in adopting a risk-based approach coupled with simple pragmatic security advice and to foster security-positive culture.
