1 Performance Management System Employee Profile Step-by-Step Instructions Employee Profile Step-by-Step Instructions Page 1 of 11

2 To access the Employee Profile, click on Home in the top left. Click on Employee Profiles. Public Profile Clicking on Employee Profile takes the employee to their Public Profile. The Public Profile is visible by all employees in the system. Employee Profile Step-by-Step Instructions Page 2 of 11

3 To edit the profile, the employee should click on Edit Profile. To change the background Photo, click on Background Photo on the left hand side and select from the library available. A custom message can be typed in by clicking on Introduction. This introduction can be changed as frequently as the employee wants to update it. 4 Once a change is made, click Save to save the changes. The changes will display on the Employee Profile. To view the Public Profiles of the other employees in the employee s hierarchy, click on the arrow next to the employee s name. Employee Profile Step-by-Step Instructions Page 4 of 11

5 From the drop down, the employee can click on their supervisor s name to view their supervisor s public profile if the employee has direct reports, the employee can click on the name of their direct report to view their public profile. From the drop down, the employee can also search for an employee by typing in their name in the search field. Employees can search for any other employee s public profile by searching for them in the people search bar. Employee Profile Step-by-Step Instructions Page 5 of 11

6 As the employee begins typing the name, the system suggests possible employees to select. Employees can hover over the name of a person to view more information. By clicking on the employee s name, the employee can view the desired employee s public profile. Organizational Chart Employee Profile Step-by-Step Instructions Page 6 of 11

7 To view the employee s organizational chart, the employee can click on Employee Profiles. Then click on University Info. From there, employees can look upwards in the desired employee s hierarchy by clicking up one level. Employee Profile Step-by-Step Instructions Page 7 of 11

8 Employees can also look downward in the hierarchy by clicking on the bar below each employee to see who reports directly to that employee. Employees can also search for other employees within the hierarchy by searching for an employee using the search bar. The employee can also view their organizational chart from their public profile by scrolling down on the public profile to view the Org Chart. For a closer look, click on full size. 9 Employees can access their Employee Profile from their Public Profile. Click on the drop down arrow next to Public Profile. From there the employee can click on Employee Profile. The Employee Profile is a more detailed version of the public profile. Performance History, Learning History, Work Experience within University, will all fill automatically. 10 All other areas are to be completed by the employee if the employee wishes to complete these sections. To add information to a section, click on edit.
