2 Included in the small business package is Letters of engagement Full Time, Part Time and Casual Template letters of engagement tailored to your business employment terms Review rates to ensure they reflect Fair Work requirements First day induction checklist The first day induction checklist is designed to ensure that staff have a basic understanding of your core polices and employee safety responsibilities Employee handbook (incorporating WH&S handbook) Development of company handbook for staff handbook specific to your business including policies on: 1. Privacy and confidentiality 2. and Internet, Social Media 3. Customer service, grooming standards, smoking, eating and drinking 4. Intellectual property and conflicts of interest 5. Leave 6. Performance management 7. Bullying, harassment and discrimination and grievances 8. Manual handling, near misses, hazard reporting, fire procedures, electrical safety 9. Drugs and alcohol Choice of one all inclusive handbook or simplified handbook and separate policies Performance counselling (warning) process Implement a policy and forms for performance counselling process. Two hours of leadership and Human Resource Management training The topics are tailored to your business needs, choose from the following: Communication skills Organisational and prioritising skills Dealing with poor performance Understanding personality types Managing stress and gaining work/life balance Setting goals and writing personal action plans Customer service training. Payment Terms $825 on commencement and $825 on completion. Additional HR documents and processes to consider (talk to your consultant for a fee-estimate and further information) Recruitment forms (application, interview guides, reference check forms) Job descriptions KPI and bonus agreements Detailed WH&S polices, risk assessments, job safety analysis Staff engagement survey, report and follow up action plan Enterprise Bargaining Agreement Customer service training Work outside of the above scope will be conducted at $160 per hour + travel time (at the same rate) for businesses outside Cairns & Port Douglas. Simple performance review templates Simple templates provided to enable to business to conduct probationary and annual performance reviews.

Our HR Dynamics team currently work with small to medium businesses in a range of capabilities. These include auditing business HR systems, establishing tailored HR frameworks, assisting in recruitment, conducting staff performance reviews, staff counseling sessions and setting key objectives for both the owners/managers and the team. Our team is passionate about leadership and ensuring that staff work to the best of their ability. We are able to assist you to manage complex HR issues including staff mediation. 4 Our Consultants REBECCA BOTTOMER Director A Director of the company Rebecca has 16 years experience in human resource management complemented by a degree in Management & Human Resources from James Cook University as well as qualifications in training and assessment. Prior to HR Dynamics Rebecca worked in HR leadership roles for large international organisations in both the hospitality and engineering sectors. Rebecca has worked in remote areas and enjoys the challenges of complex organisations. Rebecca has worked with a number of local Government organisations in Far North Queensland and Cape York Peninsula and is experienced in restructuring and ensuring long-term organisational sustainability. In addition to this large business experience, Rebecca also has hands on small business experience and understands the challenges of small businesses, for five years she owned a café. Rebecca@hrdynamics.com.au PHOEBE KITTO Director A Director of the company Phoebe has 17 years experience in human resource management. She has a strong human resources background in a range of industries. Prior to Human Resource Dynamics Phoebe worked for the international 5 star hotel group, Starwood Hotels and Resorts where she was trained in the Six Sigma program. Phoebe s specialty is providing a hands on and practical approach to dealing with staff grievances and bullying and harassment claims. Phoebe also enjoys helping those businesses where the management team are tired and stressed and need some one on one assistance to increase motivation and direction to get the employees back on track to achieve higher levels of success. 5 ELENORE VIDEION Consultant Elenore has extensive HR experience including strategic HR management, organisational development, audit and risk management. She is a certified member of AHRI and has worked in the not for profit and higher education sectors, financial services and legal industries in management roles. In her senior HR roles at Monash University in Melbourne, Elenore implemented a performance development system, service level agreements between faculties and divisions and implemented a senior leadership development program for the senior university staff. Passionate about HR, Elenore thrives on assisting businesses with change management processes, strategies to improve employee engagement and mentoring and coaching leaders. Elenore@hrdynamics.com.au Teneal Fabiani Consultant Teneal has a Bachelor of Business majoring in Human Resource Management from James Cook University. Prior to HR Dynamics Teneal worked as a legal secretary for four years for the law firm Bolt Burchill Tranter where she supported commercial, litigation and criminal lawyers on their matters. Teneal s family has a rural farming background, and as such she understands the challenges that the agriculture and farming industry face. Teneal loves detail and her legal background ensures that documents are Fair Work and legally compliant. Payment of Accounts Invoices are payable to Human Resource Dynamics Pty Ltd within 14 days of invoicing. Accounts can be paid by means of cash, cheque or direct deposit. OUR INVOICING TERMS ARE STRICTLY 14 DAYS. Liability Human Resource Dynamics does not provide legal advice. If you need a lawyer we are happy to make a recommendation. We take all due care to provide you with quality human resources services, however, our liability is limited to the extent of the contractual payments you have made to us and then only if we have demonstrably breached our obligations to you.
