5 Shredding Recycling 5 Focusing on the customer Bosch Rexroth was a simple choice Eldan Recycling has its head oice in Denmark and is a global supplier of recycling equipment for processing tyres, cables, aluminium, various scrap metals and other heavy material. For many years, Bosch Rexroth has been supplying Hägglunds hydraulic drive systems based on CB motors and Drive Units for use in Eldan s most demanding pre-shedding applications. The low-speed, high-torque motor enables processing of tough material and allows the shredders to start up when fully loaded with material. The direct power from the hydraulic motor and drive unit also enables automatic reversing for overload protection, thus mini mizing teeth damage. Eldan Recycling stands for superior quality and reliable equipment and production. When we select a supplier we make sure they fulfill these requirements. 7 Baling and cutting Recycling 7 Focusing on the customer Hydraulic drives are highly eective The German company Weima Maschinenbau manufactures various types of shredders and briquette presses used to compact large items into small and homogeneous ones for recovery and recycling of plastic, paper, wood and metal, or for handling biomass for energy production. Bosch Rexroth is one of their key suppliers. The greatest strengths that Weima see with the Hägglunds hydraulic drive systems are the flexibility of torque and speed.
