If you are shipping anything to the hotel, please know that there is a $10.00 handling fee per box. You can pay onsite. 2 GRAND HYATT SAN FRANCISCO LOADING DOCK INFORMATION > > The entrance to the Loading Dock is located on Post Street between Stockton and Powell (see map and picture), on the left hand side immediately after the Williams-Sonoma store. > > The Loading Dock clearance height is Due to low ceiling height clearance, and tight space, the Dock can only allow Vans or Straight Trucks up to 26. Semi-Trucks or Trailers must park their vehicles on the street and deliver their items down the ramp. (See SFMTA Permit Process for Post St. meters.) > > All outside vendors must check-in with Hotel Security upon arrival (located at Loading Dock). Provide company information and delivery location. Security to alert Event Services Manager on duty to assist with further instructions. > > Vehicle must be removed from Loading Dock immediately after load in/out. See SFMTA.com for parking options. > > The best timeframe to utilize the Loading Dock is after 11am on Monday- Friday or Weekends. Tuesday and Friday mornings have the most traffic with standing hotel deliveries. > > All Loading Dock usage must be communicated with Event Manager during planning process at least two weeks in advance, and will be confirmed based on availability. Any changes must be communicated to hotel immediately. > > Unloading Heavy items? The delivery truck must have a lift gate or provide a fork lift on own to unload at the Loading Dock. Please provide your own form of moving equipment - dollies, flat beds, etc. >Fork > lifts are not allowed to be used inside the hotel Freight Elevator.

Tax Exempt Status If you are exempt from payment of sales tax, we require you to forward an exemption certificate for the state in which the services are to be provided. Cancellations Cancellations received within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery date are subject to a 50 percent fee applicable to equipment and tax. Cancellations received on the day of scheduled delivery or no shows are subject to the full amount of the order, including installation, drayage and tax. SHOW NAME SHOW DATES Internet Please indicate on the grid the location of your internet drop(s) using W to signify a wired internet drop and T to signify a telephone wiring. If no location is indicated, the internet drop will be placed in the middle back of the booth. Power Please indicate on the grid the location of your power drop(s) using exact measurements and how many amps each power drop should have (e.g., 15A). If no location is indicated, the power drop will be placed in the middle back of the booth.
