The ROVEMA Customer Service Center is an independent business division of ROVEMA GmbH and currently has 30 employees. They combine the areas of spare part and customer service and accompanies clients from acceptance of a packaging machine throughout its entire life cycle. It is our highest priority to ensure constant machine availability and reliable production expertise to our clients, together with continuous machine adaptation through to all technical development aspects from start to finish. The ROVEMA Customer Service Center also offers innovative retrofitting and rebuilding to increase efficiency and flexibility, reduction of wear and extension of functions. 7

8 SPARE PART SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE Our service system with a global network of subsidiaries and representatives is consistently expended and optimized. We offer services at global, regional and local stages to our clients and take into account that the ROVEMA machines are located in various countries, time zones and markets. From our headquarters in Fernwald, we organize and support the global spare part supply and the worldwide service. Whenever necessary, the Customer Service Center can access specialists from the different operating departments. On a regional level, ROVEMA currently is being represented by 11 subsidiaries (France, Great Britain, Italy, Netherlands, Panama, Philippines, Poland, Russia, Spain, Turkey and USA) that employ dedicated service technicians and provide extensive spare and expendable parts and offer competent support in each national language. Our representatives at a local level deliver quick support on-site and provide a stock of spare and wear parts. 8

9 ROVEMA ON-SITE We ensure constant machine availability and reliable production expertise to our clients. Our service technicians render substantial services: installation, implementing and acceptance of machines, modifications, replacements of spare and wear parts, maintenance, troubleshooting and instruction of operating staff. Regular training sessions keep them up to date. So they will always be the best contact person for technical questions and desired optimizations and can be responsive to our client s needs and expectations. Many service technicians also act as facilitators in our client trainings which we do on-site or at our headquarters in Fernwald. Together with our subsidiary ROVEMA Retrofit GmbH, our clients now have a competent partner for purchase and sale of used packaging machines. The staff possess long standing experience in the packaging industry and are experts in professional retrofitting, modernization and reworking of second hand machines. 9
