3 October 1, 2015 Official Price Book Revisions January 1, 2016 The following is a summary document of price increases by product, effective January 1, Increased raw materials costs, energy prices, freight costs, wages and health care continue to impact our cost structure. Thermal Ceramics continuous process improvement efforts have greatly assisted in containment of manufacturing costs. We continue to invest substantial capital to increase our manufacturing footprint and capacities to meet growing market demand. We are unable to mitigate the total impact of these cost changes and must adjust our prices. The following product lines will have increases not to exceed the stated percentages below. If a claim is made, you must allow reasonable investigation of the product you claim is defective and you must supply samples that adequately demonstrate the problem you claim for testing by Morgan Advanced Materials. This limited warranty provides your exclusive remedy as a purchaser of Thermal Ceramics Inc. products.
