3 Who we are The founding members of Ogham Sourcing are Irish and Chinese personnel who have worked together in China over the past fourteen years. Initially managing transfer of Manufacturing Assembly Lines from Ireland, the US and the UK to China, and developing a local supply base to support this outsourced manufacturing. This experience has placed the team in the position of being able to provide a valuable sourcing and supplier management capability to Irish and UK based customers.

12 How Ogham Sourcing Operates Trading Terms and Conditions The Terms we offer our customers are the terms we negotiate with our suppliers. Terms should improve as the relationship develops between the customer and supplier. Initially, typical terms will be: 30% with Order. 70% at shipment ex China. Exclusivity Depending on the required customer volumes, Ogham can negotiate exclusivity with the supplier for the customer s region. Therefore Ogham will not work with competitors in your region. Your supplier will not work directly with your competitors

13 How Ogham Sourcing Operates Pricing Pricing is based on Shipping Full 40ft Container Loads. Pricing is based on a single location drop in Ireland Additional Drops can be organised at an extra cost Euro pricing is exchange rate and Oil Price dependent, and will be fixed for one month. Prices may rise or fall from month to month. Lead Time Typical Supplier Leadtime is 4 weeks. Typical Leadtime, Port to Port is days. Supplier Leadtime may be reduced for high volume products.

14 How Ogham Sourcing Operates Continuity Ogham completes a comprehensive audit on all suppliers to ensure reliability and continuity. Ogham also utilises its local business contacts to complete a reference check on all suppliers. This minimises the risk of interruptions of delivery service for our customers. Liability of coverage for shipping damage Ogham Sourcing audits all product prior to final shipment. In the unlikely event of any damage to a shipment our Marine Insurance will cover breakages.

15 The Supply Model Engagement Ogham visits potential clients to discuss requirements. Any specific requirements including drawings, samples, volumes and any particular quality approvals and special packaging requirements are captured at this stage of the process. Evaluation Ogham will perform a comprehensive evaluation of potential suppliers along with a formal audit of the suppliers. Quotations are invited from qualified suppliers and the most suitable is selected. Pricing & sampling Ogham will supply a written,competitive quotation DDP to any site along with terms & conditions, freight options and subsequent lead-times. Ogham will also deliver qualification samples at cost. Where appropriate, advice will be given on supply or product design to further reduce the unit cost. Qualification of Samples/Supplier by Customer Customer evaluates samples and approves. Supply Chain Management Customer orders/forecasts are received and acknowledged promptly with an agreed shipment schedule. Ogham manage all the supplier relationships ensuring that all requirements and schedules are adhered to. Ogham personnel visit newly qualified suppliers during first builds to ensure that potential problems are avoided. Successful Delivery Customer receives the benefit of reduced unit costs delivered directly to their facility.
