7 Results Textbook deficits by 10 th day decreased to less than 1,500 Physical inventory accuracy increased more than 40% in three years Workforce reduction of 12 employees since 2005 Reduced new adoption book handling in warehouse from average of 300,000 books to 90,000 books annually Reduced Curriculum and Instruction storage by 500 pallet locations (Equivalent to a 50% reduction in their space) Gained 20,000 square feet of floor space at Bond Street warehouse by improving turnover of unusable surplus Improved testing storage, delivery and accountability of process (Results)
