The subsidiary companies, agents and customers are located in many different countries throughout the Asian continent. His first job in 1977 was with the agent of Caterpillar in Indonesia as the Support Services Supervisor and was responsible for the coordination of various activities in more than 33 branch offices throughout Indonesia in the area of customer support. He joined Good Year marketing management in Indonesia in 1983 and was responsible to reform the company's nation wide marketing strategy due to competition from Japanese and other local manufacturers.

8 GROUP BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT PT Prima Quarta Avia developed a business unit to trade and broker steam coal, mineral ores and fuel products in July 2011 This business unit is named is directly managed by Ismail R Razak, the founder of PT Prima Quarta Avia initiated a communication and cooperation platform for serious medium and small size coal miners and traders to facilitate joint professional coal trading services to large scale buyers. The group is named CEPOT which stands for Comprehensive Energy Products Organized Traders. In the Indonesian wayang / puppet show, CEPOT is a name given to a character that despite of his appearance plays a significant role in giving the advice of wisdom to his masters in the time of need. 10 STEAM COAL established close cooperation with dozens of mining companies from small up to medium size operations and given the supply guarantee to provide over 1 million metric tons of steam coal of various calorific values. Major supplies of steam coal for export come from over 10 major operations in South Kalimantan. The stockpiles are either jointly owned or leased. The distance between the mining operations and the stockpile ranges from 10 km to 60 km. The distance between the stockpiles and the loading jetty is averaged at 30 km.
