2 Lid Close Machine for Richmount Inc 2007: This machine automates the process of closing plastic lids created during the injection molding process on automotive fan motor housings. This machine was designed and built for Richmount Inc, a business having trouble with the inconsistencies of closing these lids manually. This machine accepts parts from the mold exiting robot. It then closes the lids and places the parts on a conveyor. The conveyor is long enough to allow the parts to cool before they are tested. Four machines where built and each machine was designed to handle nearly 20 differently shaped parts with simple adjustments. $30,000ea

3 Force Gauge Machine for Richmount Inc 2007: This machine automates the process of testing each Lid on the automotive fan motor housing. This machine accepts parts from the Lid Close Machine. The test force can be adjusted to test parts to any desired force. If the part passes then it is placed on an exiting conveyor for packaging. If the part fails, it is placed in a fail bin. This machine was designed and built for Richmount Inc, a business having trouble with the inconsistencies of testing the lids manually. 4 Card Rack Assembly for RFMD 2007: This is a custom rack that Tiger Controls designed, drew and assembled for RFMD. There are five cards that slide in and out of each rack. Each card has a dc push plug and six high frequency (18Ghz) push connectors. When the card is locked in pace, the connectors mate together. Twelve sets where made. $1,900ea 2007-Present: Organization of customer s stock room and implementing a barcode scanner to check parts in and out. First, Tiger Controls will come to your stock room, sort through possible trash, do an inventory count, organize your current stock, make an excel list of your current stock. Then, Tiger Controls will set up a barcode scanning system. The system will keep track of when parts come in or out of the stock room. The system allows for minimum reorder points and order quantities to be assigned to the inventory for better and easier management. $4,000-up

5 Ultrasonic Welder for Team Emergent 2006: This machine automates the process of closing plastic lids created during the injection molding process on automotive fan motor housings. It then uses two Branson Ultrasonic Welders to weld the lids shut. This machine is manually loaded and operated. Four interchangeable bases where built to hold different parts. $19,000

6 Adjustable Cardholder For RFMD 2005: This cardholder was specifically designed for a customer who required a circuit board holder that securely held the card and allowed access to all sides for testing. The quick release clamps allow easy removal and yet provide up to 80lbs of clamping force. 7 Custom Rope Hanker for Rocky Mount Core 2002: This machine pulls rope from barrel and raps rope into what is termed a rope hank. Several variations of this machine were designed and built for Rocky Mount Core, a business having trouble meeting production deadlines. With this machine, one man can work two machines increasing efficiency by 500%. In addition, these machines helped eliminate repetitive motion injury claims caused by manually producing hanks. $35,000 Custom Sealer designed for Unicore to patch US mailbags 2001: To reduce chances of injury, this custom press was designed with a two hand controlled safety module. The press used thermocouples and a digital temperature control allowing operating temperatures of 400 o ± 5 o. This sealer returned to safe temperatures very quickly and was designed as one piece that could be secured to the tabletop easily. Several of these custom sealers were installed in a prison, where it was critical for the machine to be safe for users and that it could not be used as a weapon. $2,500
