2 1. GENERAL INFORMATION All our products need a barcode label. The supplier will be in charge of the labelling. 1 label for each colour of the references. The colour of the stickers is always white, and its sizes are 28mm x 35 mm as shown in the picture below. In each case we will inform about the location of the stickers in the product. In certain cases, a part of the barcode sticker, you will have to put a textile label with the barcode sewed in the product as you will see later on. All our textile products will need the following: An exterior barcode sticker (see General Information) Textile FOSCO label (see item 2.A) A label with the barcode label sewed in the product (see item 2B) Composition, care and washing instructions label (see item2b) Label with the Company s information (see item 2B) The characteristic of the label of composition depends on the product The supplier will put the correct composition and washing instructions corresponding each product All our products must be AZO FREE and have to follow the REACH law. 2

11 3.A.2. SCARVES FOULARD Each product must be packed inside an individual poly-bag. The sizes are: 40 cm * 28 cm. (The size of the bag can change depending on the size of each product, where FOSCO will send a notification). In the case of the ties is 75cm*12cm. You must stick the barcode label (mentioned in the GENERAL INFORMATION) on the bottom corner of the bag. FOSCO will give all the information for each order. 13 2. Pack or packing units: We have 3 or 6 sale unit in one master polybag with his pack label: 3. The cartons will be closed with a BLUE closing seal. The width of the closing seal has to be of 7 cm. The closing seal mustn t hide the carton labels. 4. The carton is composed with several packs or packing The carton label is as following : Position of the ABM carton label Carton label 5) OTHERS FORMALITIES: 1. Merkal will send a document of conformity samples to accept or to refuse the conformity sample. a. When we speak of a synergy order, you have to send the conformity samples to CEC with CEC brand of CEC and one time accepted, you will have to send 1 pair and half (if it s shoes) or 1 piece by color (if it s ABM product) with FOSCO brand to the quality dept, which will have to confirm the part concerning the brand FOSCO. b. If it s not a synergy order and if it s : i. For Gloria Coll, you will have to send 1 shoe to Barcelone and 1 shoe to Oiartzun to Cécile ii. For the others buyers, you will have to send 1 pair and half to Oiartzun to Cécile The supplier has to respect the observations put in the document before to go ahead with the production. The conformity samples has to be send with its conformity labels completed on each shoe, without this labels, we couldn t checked them. 2. The product has to complied the Reach ley, to be sure, we will take some product choose by us for do analyst. 3. The individual boxes FOSCO have to be homologue by Ena Espagne or Merkal, if it s not the box supplier Tendero who had made them. 4. We will do controls quality of all orders done or by our Platforms Vivarte or by a quality society selected by us or the arrival in our warehouse. The goods have to be presented to the inspectors when they are made at 100% and packed at 80%. The following documents have to be presented to the inspectors are: Preorders, ordering label s sheet, the document with the conformity result made by the quality dept and the chemical test result if it had been asked. 5. One time the quality control finished, you will have to send the goods to the transport selected and if it doesn t go through one platform Vivarte, the order will be send to our warehouse address put in official orders. 13

In this one, you could consult the different points explained here which more details. This resumed will be served to the supplier to give him a quick idea when he will prepare the orders with FOSCO brands.
