2 NO.: G001 Date:12 th Nov 2010 Inspector: Robin Page 2 of 8 Remarks 1, The available quantity is not consistent with order quantity. 2, The overall workmanship is good, but found some bottle has plastic scrap inside, dirty line, scratch and cracking, For details, pls see below WORKMANSHIP. 3, Did the water leaking testing. No water leaking was found. Caps match well with bottom, pump works well. No functional defect were found. 4, Each product is packed well with foam tray and paperboard, well protected. Master carton was sealed with 4 plastic straps and plastic adhesive taps. Packed firmly and well. No broken cartons were found. All cartons are 5 layers yellow cardboard cartons. 5, All shipping mark is clear. The hot stamping logo is correct and clear.due to client did not provide the shipping mark information, so this is pending issue. 6, As per the file provided by buyer, the 30 ml plastic bottle should be polystyrene, the actual materla found is AS, checked with Roco, Roco said buyer made mistake, this is a pending issue.
