1 Society We promote diversity in e.g. age, sex, education, and professional experience. We strive to create a workplace in which every employed person feels respected, and appreciated and can achieve their potential. This contributes to contribute to the success of the whole organization. We are building culture of safety. We promote changes of behaviors, customs, attitudes of employees so that they are safer. Our goal is "Zero accidents". Preferred neighbor At DB Schenker Logistics we put a particular emphasis on good contacts and cooperation with the representatives of local communities surrounding our terminals and warehouses. We are aware of the fact that our operations have large impact on our neighbors' lives and their comfort. DB Schenker Logistics - Preferred Neighbor As we want to get to know our neighbors and their expectations better, since 2010 we have been regularly conducting regular surveys of opinions of citizens living in the vicinity of our branches.

2 "DB Schenker as the Preferred Neighbor" research projects is a source of lots of information helping us in planning the CSR actions and making long-term business decisions. The third edition on the research project is to take place in the second half of We survey opinions and expectations of our neighbors regarding our company and also ask them how neighborhood relations should look like. The results of the survey showed that the business should take responsibility for the surroundings and does not have to be afraid of bringing up sensitive issues. Voluntary Services at DB Schenker Logistics At DB Schenker Logistics we have employee voluntary activities under the common name "Time for Help" that are carried out in two cycles: Christmas Time for Help and Green Time for Help. The former is held during Christmas time and its goal is to organize Christmas meetings at orphanages, hospitals, schools, and community day-care centers or to help animals at shelters. The second one is held during spring and summer. Employees get involved in the eco-campaigns and actions for road safety.

3 In total, in the years our employees implemented 103 projects for local communities. In some of them as many as 84 projects we cooperated with our customers and suppliers. An important aspect of employee volunteering is to educate children we teach them e.g. how to behave on the roads and principles of first aid. WATCH THE MOVIE 297 volunteer projects

4 Christmas Time for Help Projects Green Time for Help Projects 628 Average number of employees in every edition We act in cooperation with non-governmental organizations and public institutions, such as schools, community centers, and hospices. Furthermore, we invite our business partners, customers and suppliers, to the projects. Together, we educate children and young people, renovate buildings and playgrounds, plant trees, and clean green areas. Moreover, we promote environmental protection and road traffic safety. Our employees are the ones who decide about whom and how they want to help. Twice a year, a team of key managers encourages them by assessing the projects intended for implementation from among the submitted ideas. DB Schenker Logistics provides funds for the implementation of the project on condition that the following requirements are met: focusing activities on local community, performing them in cooperation with the representatives of a non-governmental organization, a public institution, customers, and suppliers (carriers and couriers), and implementing the project based on the team work.

5 Involvement of employees in voluntary work is beneficial for local communities and enables to select leaders. It also influences the increase of motivation and integration and teaches efficiency in achieving purposes. Cooperation with the Non-Governmental Organizations We use our experience and global know-how when providing logistics services for various events, including charitable events held by the external organizations. We support large, nationwide projects offering our partners knowledge of logistics in which we specialize.

6 Our Earth and Clean Up The World Every year, at the turn of August and September, we are responsible for the distribution of promotional materials for the Clean Up The World campaign. Parcels from Warsaw reach nearly 500 schools and other locations involved in the campaign via the logistics network of DB Schenker Logistics. Food Banks We provide free transport of food which, through the selected Banks, reaches the poorest inhabitants of our country. We work with Olsztyn's and Lublin's branches of Food Banks. The Noble Box

7 We help to carry out the Noble Box program. Every year, we provide logistics support by delivering packages to warehouses all over Poland in cooperation with our carriers and couriers. Our employees are also involved in the action as they prepare the packages for the needy families. Road Traffic Safety Safety issues are our priority. This issue concerns our employees, couriers, as well as the society. Due to the nature of our business activity over 3000 trucks are part of the everyday road traffic. That is why we are continuously improving this aspect.

8 In the 4th quarter we implemented the Safe Driving Plan. It formulates actions related to the correct method of recruitment and educating couriers employed by transport companies working with DB Schenker Logistics. For example, as part of the Safe Driving Plan we organize training courses run by the police, paramedics, and experts in securing loads. It defines activities related to the verification and monitoring of actions in terminal work (e.g. when loading and unloading goods) and on roads. Moreover, the Safe Driving Plan specifies measures in case of an accident, post-accident actions, and help for the injured couriers. WATCH THE MOVIE

9 Our couriers are regularly trained in first aid. Since 2014 we have been keeping statistics for traffic accidents with participation of DB Schenker Logistics' couriers. When analyzing causes of the accidents we share the conclusions. Every accident or traffic incident is reported to the Management Group of the Company. If our couriers is at fault or there are victims, we launch Post-Accident Actions. We ask for the analysis of the causes of the given accident and collecting and sending the following materials: statement of the Carrier: result of the driving test including Safe Driving module; information about review of the existing causes and circumstances of the incident at the meeting with the Carriers/couriers and about the preventive actions that were undertaken; assessment of the possibility of further cooperation with the Carrier, including their approach towards the implementation of the principles of the Safe Driving Plan. Campaign: "Am I driving safely?"

10 Since November 01, 2013, DB SCHENKER LOGISTICS has been running a program called "Am I driving safely". Information placed on the vehicles encourages road users to share their opinions about courier's driving style by calling a special phone number, The reports are received from Monday to Friday on business days, between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM. On the remaining days and hours the reports are received automatically.. On average, every month we receive about 150 such reports. Over 30% of them are praises but the majority are adverse comments. On the day after the date of report we have a conversation with the couriers and their Boss- the Carrier. Thanks to the info line we can systematically analyze problems, sensitize the couriers, and promote safe driving style. Sobriety in the workplace In the second half of 2014 we started signing trilateral agreements in which carrier, security company, and DB Schenker Logistics undertook to conduct sobriety tests among the couriers leaving or entering the company's premises. Such agreements have been signed with the majority of carriers. This action was supported by a poster campaign relating to Sobriety Policy, which is applicable in our company.
