Is it acceptable for the centrifuge to weigh 3 kg? In tender's documentation it is said that the total number of scales is 31. But, in the last 'sentence of these technical specifications it is written that the number of AC units is 24 and the number of DC units is 9, which gives 33 in total. Which total number is valid? Please clarify if you wish a model with variable oscillations, or any value between oscillations/min is acceptable. When you wrote: "Max weight less than 0.5 kg", you thought on a weight of a sealing gun only or sealer together with battery? Max. weight < 0.5 kg refers to just the handsealer, without the battery pack. Item 6 Haemapheresis Would it be acceptable to offer the good from US? All goods to be purchased under the contract must originate from countries eligible under IPA programmes. ltem 7 Is it possible to offer the centrifuge 400V 3--+ N, Hz? Item 12 Blood component extractor ltem 15 TTI marker test system (robot) Please clarify if you also accept +/-10% deviations from the requested dimensions. Please clarify if you also accept a total weight of up to 40kg. Is it necessary to offer software, and connection with PC in that case? Is it possible that stability on board could be 25 days? We suggest changing on board stability to 1 month. Anti HTLV1/2, we request its exclusion from the tender Throughput minimum 100 samples per hour, we cannot define the throughput requested for the instrument because the number of tests per sample is not known. Therefore, we propose 150 tests per hour. would it be acceptable to offer the instrument of the manufacturer Abbott, from USA? Item 16 Haematological Analyzer Please clarify if you also accept a model with external thermal printer (which would as well be supplied), connected through RS232 interface.. ltem 17 ph meter It is requested that the ph meter should measure pc02 and p02 like blood gas analysers and in vivo patients. 4 ltem 18 Coagulometer of ph in blood from blood bags? Please explain us the purpose of this ph meter in order to offer the appropriate instrument? Is it acceptable to offer the coagulometer with three reagent stations ( because only automatic coagulation systems have 5 reagent stations or more)? The purpose of ph meter is for Quality Control in Blood product and the classical ph meter is also acceptable. Yes, you may offer the automatic coagulometer with possibility of measuring specific clot factors. Item 19 Bacterial detection ltem 20 Tube centrifuge ltem 21 Tube centrifuge - washing Is it acceptable that speed selection increments of centrifuge could be 100? Is it acceptable capacity 28 tubes of 15 ml? There is a discrepancy between the title and the technical specifications. You request in the title a tube centrifuge washing, but nowhere in the specifications is found further reference to this type of centrifuge. Is it possible to offer the centrifuge for washing with the capacity of 24 tubes, dimensions 10x75 or 12 x75 mm? Is it possible to offer the centrifuge with the running time of the individual washing cycles from Isec- 9 min : 59 sec? Is it acceptable capacity 28 tubes of 15 ml? If it is the case, what is the number of blood bags that should be transported in these cool boxes? be within maximum +/- 10% of the dimensions stipulated in the technical specifications. This question is considered irrelevant. ltem 25 temperature monitoring Is it acceptable to offer the data logger without audio alarm? ltem 64 Sink for DEMl water Do all the parts (cabinet, doors and handles) should be made of stainless steel, or you mean that only a working board and sink should be made of stainless steel? only working board and sink should be made of stainless steel After Sales Services Could you please describe in details which after sales services will be required in order to calculate the correct costs for each and every bidder. Should there be corrective and preventive maintenance (and how many visits per year?). The proposal for after-sales services for 1 year beyond the warranty period, including the financial quotation, is required for information purposes. Please note that the after-sales services will not be financed by this contract or from the EU funds, but through a separate agreement between the supplier and the end-user, based on the aforementioned proposal. The tenderer should describe the method and provide any other information he deems necessary (such as, for example, the name and contact details of the authorised service provider (in case it is not the tenderer himself), response time etc.). The price may be indicated per intervention, since no schedule has been planned at this stage and it should be based on the tenderer's or manufacturer's experience with similar equipment. Lot 2 IT Equipment Do you require on-site installation of the equipment? Please clarify whether tenderer needs to propose training for the equipment in lot 2 Please clarify whether you require a list of spare parts and consumables for lot 2 No, installation is not necessary for the items concerned. No, training is only necessary for some items of Lot 1. The tenderer should draw-up the list of the spare parts and consumables recommended/foreseen by the manufacturer(s) for use for 2 years, with unit prices. Please note that the spare parts and consumables will not be financed by this contract, if not explicitly required under item description. Their purchase, if required, will be arranged separately between the supplier and the end-user, based on the aforementioned price-list (except where the Page 5 of 6

6 warranty conditions already cover their supply). Lot 2 Item 1 Barcode reader Please clarify how long the warranty period must be for each product under lot 2 Please clarify where should be filled the price for "financial proposal for after-sales services for 1 year beyond the warranty period"? Is it acceptable to have a barcode reader with USB power supply? Please clarify whether you will accept an offer with a barcode reader with reading distance minimum 1 cm 20 cm? In accordance with the Article 32 of the Special Conditions, the warranty must remain valid for one year after provisional acceptance. This concerns all the equipment tendered. The proposal for after-sales services for 1 year beyond the warranty period, including the financial quotation, should be provided by the tenderer on a free format. The tenderer should describe the method and provide any other information he deems necessary (such as, for example, the name and contact details of the authorised service provider (in case it is not the tenderer himself), response time etc.). Please note that the after-sales services will not be financed by this contract but through a separate agreement between the supplier and the end-user, based on the aforementioned proposal. Lot 2 Item 4 label printer The printer is required to have parameters that include paper size range from B7 to A4. B7 is applicable to ink jet printers. Please clarify whether you would accept an offer for a laser printer with paper range from 76 x 127 mm to 216 x 356 mm. Please clarify whether it is acceptable to provide a label printer with thermal transfer technology? a laser printer with the mentioned paper range is acceptable Lot 3 clarify which training is required for Lot No. 3 (team vehicle)?
