2 SUMMARY AND SCOPE OF WORK On page 4 of this packet is the Completion Checklist that you must print & have signed by Store Management and hold onto for 90 days The Sears Game Table assembly project will take place 9/28/15 to 10/30/15 The purpose of this project is to assemble 1 to 9 new displays in each store STORE RESPONSIBILITIES Designate an area for the Assembler to temporarily place the trash - Assemblers will move trash to the designated area in the back room, but they are not authorized to use the trash compactor or the bailer Review the display with the Assembler to confirm the item on the work order is available and staged for assembly Complete the Completion Checklist once the reviewing Manager is satisfied with the work Below are the new items for this project: ITEMS LISTING Item# Description " Sportscraft Conversion Top " Foosball Table " Foosball Table ft Springdale Billiard Table with Cue Rack ft Crestmont Billiard Table with Table Tennis Prince Challenger Tennis Table Prince Victory Green Tennis Table Joola DX30 World Cup Tennis Table Joola Outdoor Tennis Table Prince Fusion Elite Tennis Table ft Swivel Table ft Swivel Table 25225/ ft Hamilton Billiard Table with Cue Rack and Lamp STEP 1 UPON ARRIVING AT THE STORE (IMPORTANT) If you can t make it on the day scheduled, contact your District Coordinator immediately - the store must be notified and rescheduled Sign into the IVR (Only sign in an out of IVR using the store phones - USE OF MOBILE PHONES IS NOT PERMITTED) Check in with the Manager On Duty If the store does not have any the new items in stock, you are to contact Scott (704) with that information immediately and stay on site for 1 hour, or until you are released by Scott, for Sears corporate resolution to the out of stock Identify the work area (ideally on the sales floor by the display area) and location of the item to be assembled o If the work area has not been cleared, ask the store to clear a space now o If the store is unable to clear a space within 15 minutes of your arrival, contact your District Coordinator for further directions o Work with Store Management to ensure the unit on your work order is in stock for assembly Determine where the store would like you to place the trash Store personnel will take care of trash disposal but it is Apollo s responsibility to clear the work area of all assembly debris after assembly is complete SEARS GAME TABLES 2015 PAGE 2

3 STEP 2 ASSEMBLY of NEW DISPLAYS If any of the items are assembled upon arrival, report as Store Assembled and contact Scott Stevenson Assemble the items on your work order using the instructions included in each box Once each item is fully assembled, place it per direction of Store Management - there is no anchoring or resetting of the POG required Only the items on your work order are authorized for assembly If the store requests assembly of any additional items, contact Scott Stevenson A request will be submitted to Sears corporate for approval of the additional item(s) If approved, you will be notified Remove all manufacturer part labels and wipe down the new items Clean up all trash and make sure the assembly area is as clean as when you began assembly STEP 3 COMPLETING THE PROJECT Fill out the Completion Checklist (page 4) Fill out the grid of the SHC Confirmation Work Survey Form (page 5) Review the finished displays with your store contact Address any issues they may have at this time Once the Store Manager is satisfied, have them complete and sign the SHC Work Completion Survey form and fax the completed form to the number on the first page of the document Leave this form with the store Have the store manager sign the Completion Checklist - Keep this document on file at home for 90 days - If there are any issues after you leave the store, you will be asked to provide a copy of this document Report your work this must be reported the same day that it is completed Sign out of the IVR (call if you do not have company issued Smartphone w/gps) INSTRUCTIONS TO REPORT WORK IRG SMARTPHONE: Use Zeus Tech Link on your Smartphone to report your assembly work and to answer the project survey questions (see photo to the right) or IRG TECH WEB: Report your assembly work via Tech Web If you do not have internet access, contact your District Coordinator for alternate instructions on how to report your assembly work All work MUST be reported on the day completed Tech Web is the fastest and most convenient reporting method for most employees Do not report your assembly through the Apollo IVR, only use the Apollo IVR to sign-in and sign-out of your locations All assembly must be reported via TechWeb, called in on the phone to your District Coordinator, or sent via Fax For step-by-step instruction on how to use TechWeb, refer to Chapter 5 Using TechWeb of the Assembler Certification, located on ARS connects SEARS GAME TABLES 2015 PAGE 3
