3 THE COMPANY 411-MAID is a nationwide text on-demand platform for maids, housekeepers and home cleaners.

4 THE SERVICE 411-MAID provides cleaning personnel to render residential cleaning services. People across the country simply text (877) 411-MAID to schedule and buy cleaning services on their mobile phone.

5 SCOPE OF WORK Housekeeping responsibilities include: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, wiping, emptying trash, laundry, making beds, etc. A full list of 411-MAID Scope of Work can be found on the next (2) slides and via *Cleaning supplies will be on-site

6 STAFFING People Ready Hospitality will assign and dispatch ONE housekeeper per 411-MAID job order to provide residential cleaning services. All housekeepers must be background checked and have residential cleaning experience.

9 WORK ATTIRE 411-MAID Housekeepers must wear all black or all blue (NO LOGOS, NOT BAGGY). For example: black pants with a black shirt; or dark blue pants, with a dark blue shirt along with comfortable all black sneakers.

10 SERVICE AREAS Where there s a People Ready branch, there s a 411-MAID job-site. In the event a jobsite is in excess of 25 miles outside of your service area, forward the job order to the nearest People Ready Branch. 411-MAID does NOT pay transportation fees.

LATENESS In the event the on-site project manager and/or housekeeper is running late to a job order, the two shall communicate to agree upon a new start time for the job order. *THIS IS THE ONLY TIME THE ON-SITE MANAGER IS TO BE CONTACTED. DO NOT CONTACT ON-SITE MANAGER TO SIGN TIME-SHEETS.

14 CANCELLATIONS / REASSIGNMENTS / RESCHEDULES In the event a housekeeper cancels, the housekeeper MUST contact their People Ready branch to assign another housekeeper to the job order. If the cancellation creates the job order to start at a later time, a representative from People Ready must contact 411-MAID to get permission to reschedule the job order. 411-MAID will inform the on-site manager and reply via to People Ready accordingly.

15 ON-SITE PROTOCOL Upon arrival, the on-site manager will instruct the housekeeper on what to do within our scope of services. Housekeepers will provide cleaning services for 4-hours - unless the on-site manager ends the project earlier. NEVER work more than 4-hours.

16 Upon the completion of every 411-MAID job order, the on-site manager submits a review. In the event an on-site manager is not satisfied with a housekeepers' level of productivity or professionalism, 411-MAID will contact People Ready to assign a new housekeeper for all future job orders at that job-site. ON-SITE MANAGER REVIEWS

17 HOUSEKEEPER REVIEWS & WORK TICKETS All 411-MAID housekeepers must submit a job review via: after EVERY job order. Upon completion, People Ready may the work ticket to accounting@411maid.com for approval.
