The audit report rates the result in comparison to competitors or other Benchmark companies. The rating result shows the capability of suppliers on several areas: Is the factory able to produce the required quantity and quality? We are also analyzing the current and future production capacity and compare the result with the theoretical and practical work load. Number of staff, condition of equipment, production experience, quality level and current work load. Are company licenses and product certificates available? In that early evaluation phase we collect the available licenses and certificates. If there are no documents available it would be a blocking point already.

When the number of DEFECTS is higher than defined the manufacturer has to REWORK the complete shipment and the inspection will be repeated.
