3 With us quality is a family matter. Heckert Solar is an independent, family-run company which is one of the leading manufacturers of high-performance photovoltaic modules in Europe. We are fully committed to the location of Chemnitz in the state of Saxony and produce exclusively in Germany, like very few nominal capacity (MWp) other companies in the solar industry In the last few years we have been able to continually expand our production due to the growing demand for Made in Germany modules and today have a nominal production capacity of 300 MWp. Our production lines are amongst the most modern in the world and mass produce goods of the highest quality. Heckert Solar focusses on systematic growth. Highly-automated production lines and a healthy financial structure - we have received the top rating certifi cate from Hoppenstedt for the sixth time - and competent employees ensure our position on the market even under changing conditions e Also in 2016, EuPD Research, a market researcher in Bonn, awarded Heckert Solar as part of the independent annual survey PV InstallerMonitor the seal Top Brand PV 2016 and thereby confi rms Heckert Solar s top position in the industry. By cooperating with strong partners along the whole solar value chain, Heckert Solar has access to leading worldwide leading-edge technology. Our long-term quality suppliers include leading worldwide cell manufacturers, who we maintain a good partnership with - this is our biggest advantage after overcoming the scarcity of silicon.

5 Solar power from your own roof. High-performance photovoltaic modules create the core business of Heckert Solar GmbH. No matter if it is an open-space or a roof installation, we offer the appropriate solution for every requirement. The very compact modules impress with a high degree of module effectiveness and very easy handling. The anodised aluminium frames we develop, made from a 38mm hollow section, give the modules high torsional strength. To further perfect the stability of the module, we are one of the few manufacturers that use highly-transparent, hardened ESG solar glass: The modules are certified for a snow load up to 8,000 Pa and are therefore suitable for use even in regions which receive a large amount of snowfall. Our polycrystalline high-performance modules are made from certifi ed materials which come from leading manufacturers and have been certifi ed by TÜV Rheinland in accordance with IEC (EN) 61215, and In addition, our standard modules successfully underwent the certifi cation by MCS and also comply with the CE mark (Conformité Européenne). Due to our production quality we are able to offer all our customers an 11-year product warranty as well as a performance guarantee of 90% for 10 years and 80% for 25 years. Our demand for quality is unrivalled. We test more cycles than TÜV in our own climate chambers.

7 The latest technology is good. But checks are better. All of our module components and modules are subject to strict quality checks - before, during and after the individual production steps. Our quality management system, which has been thoroughly tested by TÜV during the inspection of the production sites, uses standardised processes with our own extensive test equipment. Several test stations - from the receipt of the individual components to the packaging of the fi nished solar modules - result in extraordinary product quality - Made in Germany!. In addition to a climate and UV chamber, Heckert Solar also has the opportunity to use electroluminescent test equipment, which allows the modules to be checked for the smallest damage, some of which may not even be visible to the naked eye, within the cells. The electroluminescent recording of the module is comparable to an x-ray image. The tests performed by Heckert Solar exceed the requirements of the IEC standard with regards to quantity and duration. Heckert Solar therefore clearly exceeds the tests performed by TÜV Rheinland for the module certifi - cation. In addition, test sequences which we have designed ourselves are used to provide a better ageing simulation. Alongside extensive TÜV certifi cation, Heckert Solar can also point to the following ISO certifi cations: DIN EN ISO 9001 (Quality management). DIN EN ISO (Environmental management) and DIN EN ISO (Health and safety management) Quality checks on the electroluminescence test equipment. Even the smallest defects, such as so-called micro-cracks, can be detected.

9 Growth means constant development. Every day. Heckert Solar ensures its long-term success in the extremely dynamic international photovoltaic market by the know-how and commitment of its employees. As a result our customers have contact with just two competent employees, who represent our company as a field service/ office team. This team ensures a high level of trust and short reaction times. Our automated production lines are state of the art and allow product quality in series production. Existing soldering and handling processes are able to be continually improved thanks to the high competency of our production technicians. As a company which is active in the field of renewable energy - our handling of resources and energy focusses on being very prudent and a large degree of responsibility. For example part of the electricity for our power consumption comes from our own PV test system. The rest of our energy requirement comes from green energy so that we can make another contribution to the environment. In addition, to save drinking water we only use rainwater for our industrial and operating water requirements. Defective PV modules which cannot be repaired are put into an external recycling system. An important component of our success is the responsible and independent way in which our employees work as well as a positive corporate culture of challenging and encouraging. We work in a learning company. Thanks to the information, suggestions and ideas of our employees, customers and suppliers we continually optimise products and services. As from February 1st, 2016, the manufacturer Heckert Solar GmbH, along with its NeMo -branded PV module, which can be used by private households, is registered in accordance with ElektroG (German law concerning electronics and electronic devices). With this, Heckert Solar is one of the first solar module manufacturers to obtain a WEEE registration n.

11 Know-how with a system. From the cell supplier to the logistics partner and technology provider, we place great emphasis on excellent performance, reliability and progressiveness. Regarding the system-relevant components of inverters, mounting system and wiring we work almost exclusively with the market leaders of the sectors. As a result our customers enjoy all the associated benefits: high product and service quality, technological leadership as well as an excellent price/performance ratio. Furthermore, all the components are checked, aligned and approved by our application technology for optimum use with our solar modules. Some selected components of our suppliers are even allowed to carry the Heckert Solar trademark. For the configuration of their system, our customers are given the greatest possible support possible from us, so that they can achieve the best possible yields with the ideal use of materials and thereby design the system to be extremely profitable. There are no compromises in production. The production lines of Heckert Solar meet the highest productivity standards.
