With over three decades of experience in EMS, we provide you with the expertise you require. We have testing and manufacturing facilities specially set up to test and assemble precision parts such as sub-sea electronics module based on Class 3 workmanship standard. These include dynamic temperature, vibration, hyperbaric and pressure tests up to 350 bars. We also manufacture and deliver cabin as well as Safety critical electronics that are installed in both Airbus and Boeing Aircraft. With our AS 9100 certification, we ensure your products are manufactured in adherence to the requirements of this international quality management system standard.

Nestronics Johor provide customers with an alternative cost competitive manufacturing facility targeted for all business segments. Situated in Johor Bahru, Malaysia, this facility is only an hour away from the Singapore facility. The second largest urban area outside the capital, Johor is Malaysia s Southern Hub commercial and industrial activities. The state is an established location for electronics manufacturing and offers a skilled technical labour force, strong transport and infrastructure linkages. This facility enables Nestronics to take advantage of the competitive cost structure to offer production of higher volume and higher labour intensive activities.
