2 1 APPLICABLE RATES The amount of services for the granting of the certification and the follow-up of the certified products are renewable annually. The ongoing tariffs are sent to all holders of the Mark. The tariffs are expressed in excl. VAT. 1.1 CERTIFICATION GRANTING: ADMISSION, EXTENSION OR MAINTENANCE Management costs are invoiced at minimum rate, per assembly sites. Nevertheless, in case of additional examination or technical assistance, necessary for processing an application, extra costs may be invoiced on the base of the hourly rate of EUROVENT CERTITA CERTIFICATION. ADMISSION AUDIT Audit service and report Audit at a manufacturing plant for Heat Pumps : base 1 ½ day Manufacturing plant for Tanks and/or Vat only : base 1 day Assembly site only : base 1 day Preparation and travel Mainland France : European Union and Switzerland : 2067 HT 1908 HT 2544 HT Outside mainland France, EU and Switzerland : 3816 HT During the audit of several ranges, the necessary time for the audit can be raised of ½ day minimum. The audit rate will be increased of the applicable hourly rate. Stay and travel fees are invoiced on the basis of the real costs with 11% service fees. During a combined audit between several NF and/or CSTBat and/or Eurovent Certified Performance marks, stay and travel fees are divided accordingly to the number of audits and spread on the invoices of the audits of each programme. Formalities, shipping and forwarding costs of machines which may have been sampled, customs clearance included are borne by the applicant. Tests costs are borne by the applicant and will be invoiced by the laboratory directly. The sampling have to be delivered at the mark laboratory, free of charge and customs cleared, if necessary, within 15 days from the sampling date. ADMISSION TESTS The applicant/holder can get the rates of NF mark laboratories mentioned in 5.3 of the NF-414 Certification Rules by contacting EUROVENT CERTITA CERTIFICATION or the laboratories directly. 3 1.2 ANNUAL FEES Annual fees are invoiced in January. Any NF mark withdrawal request must be sent to EUROVENT CERTITA CERTIFICATION on December 31 of the ongoing year at the latest, to avoid the invoicing of the withdrawn ranges. The «proportion-temporis» is applied to the new holders or the new products admitted starting the date of delivery of NF mark. FOLLOW-UP TESTS Testing costs are reported on section 5 page 5 (depending of type and capacity of the sampled unit). 2 CANCELLATION CONDITIONS 2.1 REQUEST Whatever the result of the evaluation, all costs related to application evaluation remain due. The payment of the application fees remain due even if the application is abandoned during the evaluation. 2.2 AUDIT Any cancellation of an audit, which date has been fixed between EUROVENT CERTITA CERTIFICATION and audited company, shall be invoiced on the following basis: Cancellation 16 days to 11 days prior to the foreseen date: 50% of the audit amount Cancellation 10 days to 6 days prior to the foreseen date: 75% of the audit amount Cancellation 5 days before foreseen date: 100 % of the audit amount. The audit amount includes here the preparation, the service, the report and the stay and travel fees. 2.3 CERTIFICATION WITHDRAWAL DECISION All costs related to certification follow-up remains due even if the NF mark is withdrawn. 4 3 INVOICING For each manufacturing plant, the services correspond to files evaluation, audit and simulations or tests on machines which may be sampled during the audit. The rates related to the file evaluation is paid in full at the reception of the application file (for a manufacturing plant), the possible submission to the Special Committee, the involvement of the general operating of the mark, a right to use the NF paid to AFNOR Certification and the file follow-up. In case of admission during the year, the amounts charged correspond to the services provided. The invoicing of the admission tests may be issued when the laboratory have the samples. Audits and tests costs are borne by the manufacturer whatever results. Invoices are sent by only. If you want a hard copy of one invoice, please feel free to ask for it, we will send it in the shortest possible time. 3.1 TERMS OF PAYMENT 30 days by the end of the month. In the case of delay of payment and in accordance with the law , penalties of delay will be applicable on the basis of half and once the legal rate of interest. Banking fees are borne by the customer. 3.2 INVOICES PAYMENT 3.3 INVOICES RECOVERY EUROVENT CERTITA CERTIFICATION, mandated body, is authorised to recover all invoices. The applicant or holder must paid its invoices in compliance with the requirements: any failing by the holder prevents AFNOR CERTIFICATION and EUROVENT CERTITA CERTIFICATION from carrying out their responsibilities in inspections and interventions which fall on them under these rules. If after a first formal notice sent by registered letter, all the amounts due are not paid within 1 month, any sanctions could be taken for all certified products of the holder. 4 ADDITIONAL VERIFICATIONS Additional examination of the application is also invoiced for the processing of inadequacies or anomalies observed by EUROVENT CERTITA CERTIFICATION or following sanctions proposed by the committee. Inspections continue and the corresponding fees continue to be charged for as long as stocks of NF-marked products remain on the licensee's premises. S01D03 Costs NF PAC 2016/01/29 4/8

8 6 ADDITIONAL POINTS TO THE FOLLOW-UP TEST In order to take benefit of the installation of the machines, additional points can be ordered to the client manager in charge within EUROVENT CERTITA CERTIFICATION. In particular, the following testing points have been identified as responding to some national market demands in Europe. Other points could be tested, upon request to the client manager. Electrical Heat Pump 1. Outdoor Air/water Heat Pumps: Option for Passivhaus in Germany: Test Condition: The supply air temperature must be at least 16,5 C. This temperature must be achieved with an external air temperature of -10 C. Option for BAFA in Germany: Test Condition: Outdoor air temperature at 10 C with water temperature at 35 C kw additional point Outdoor Air / Recycled Air Heat Pumps: Option for Passivhaus in Germany: Test Condition: The supply air temperature must be at least 16,5 C.
