13 Type: B M-FC U01 The general site supervision certificate proves the use of the building product in terms of the state building regulations. The general site supervision certificate does not replace legal approvals, consents and certificates required for implementing building projects. The general site supervision certificate is granted irrespective of the rights of third parties, especially private proprietary rights. Manufacturers and distributors of the building product have to provide copies of the general site supervision certificate to the user of the building product irrespective of further regulations under Special provisions and have to point out that the general site supervision certificate has to be available at the point of use. Authorities involved shall receive copies of the general site supervision certificate upon request. The general site supervision certificate must always be copied completely. The publication of extracts requires the approval of ift Rosenheim. Texts and drawings of promotions must not contradict the general site supervision certificate. Translations of the general site supervision certificate must contain the remark Translation of the German original, not verified by ift Rosenheim. The general site supervision certificate is revocable. The provisions of the general site supervision certificate can be amended at a later date, especially if new technical findings require it.

14 Type: B M-FC U01 B Special provisions 1 Subject matter of the general site supervision certificate and field of application 1.1 Subject matter The general site supervision certificate applies to the manufacture and use of cotton fabric, finished with a flame-retardant product, which is called "RUCO- FLAM NCE", as a flame-retardant building product (building material class DIN 4102-B1), according to Building Rules List A, Part 2, Edition 2014/2, serial No Field of application The flame retardant "RUCO-FLAM NCE" may be used for heavy or light cotton fabric in all colours Additional requirements or further performance properties are no part of this general site supervision certificate. This general site supervision certificate is only valid if requirements according to Building Rules List A, Part 2, Edition 2014/2, serial No must be fulfilled The proof of flame retardancy is regarded as not provided if the building product has covers of any sort (e.g. coats, laminations, etc.) The applicant has declared that the building product does not contain any products that are subject to the ordinance on hazardous substances, Germany s Federal Order Prohibiting Certain Chemicals or the CFC and halons ban and that he complies with obligations of the above-mentioned ordinances (especially labelling obligations). Moreover, the applicant declares that measures have been taken with regard to hygiene, health and environmental protection or have been made known in the required manner by the client if this is required by trade, when used or when putting it into circulation. This gave the inspection authorities no reason to check the effects of the building product on health and environmental protection. 2 Requirements of building product 2.1 Properties and composition The flame-retardant "RUCO-FLAM NCE" is a colourless, clear liquid and has to be manufactured on the basis of a nitrogen-sulphur compound.

16 Type: B M-FC U01 - product name - conformity symbol (Ü-symbol) with - manufacturer s name - manufacturing plant - No. of general site supervision certificate - graphical symbol or name of certification body - "Building material class flame-retardant (DIN 4102-B1)" The information that the finish of textiles with the flame retardant RUCO- FLAM NCE is not stable to water/weathering or dry cleaning must be mentioned in the technical data sheets and the finished product has to be labelled accordingly. 3 Certificate of conformity 3.1 General The building product which is mentioned in this general site supervision certificate needs to be approved in conformity by a - Certificate of conformity as stipulated in the Building Rules List A, Part 2, Edition 2014/2, serial No Conformity with the regulations of a general site supervision certificate must be confirmed for each manufacturing plant by means of a conformity certificate which is based on in-company production control and regular external supervision. For granting the certificate of conformity and for carrying out external supervision inclusive of necessary product testing, the manufacturer must involve recognised certification and supervision authorities. 3.2 In-company production control An in-company production control has to be established and carried out at each individual manufacturing plant. In-company production control means the continuous production supervision by the manufacturer by which he ensures that the building products manufactured by him comply with the regulations of the general site supervision certificate. For maintaining and implementing in-company production control the Certificate of conformity regulations for flame-retardant building materials i " as well as the relevant version of DIN are pertinent. The results of the in-company production control have to be recorded and evaluated. The records must at least include the following information:

17 Type: B M-FC U01 - Name of building product - Type of control - Manufacturing date and date of production control of building product - Test results and, if applicable, comparison with requirements - Signature of person responsible for in-company production control The retention period for records of in-company production control is at least 5 years. They must be presented to the external supervision authority involved. If the results are unsatisfactory, the manufacturer must immediately take necessary steps to remedy defects and withdraw products concerned. The in-company production control must ensure that building products which do not comply with the requirements are not labelled with an Ü-symbol and that a mix-up with products that meet the requirements is excluded. Once the defect is remedied, the respective check has to be repeated immediately if technically possible and necessary to prove the rectification of defect. 3.3 External supervision At every manufacturing plant, the in-company production control has to be regularly verified, at least once a year, by an external supervision authority. Standard for the supervision is the relevant version of the Certificate of conformity regulations" 1 as well as DIN The external supervision must include an initial inspection of the building product. In addition, samples for spot tests can be taken. The recognised supervision body is responsible for the sampling and the tests. Type, scope and frequency of activities that the supervision authority must carry out in connection with external supervision as well as initial inspection and spot tests according to type and scope are stipulated in the "Certificate of conformity regulations" 1. The recognised supervision authority is responsible for the sampling and the tests. The retention period for the results of the certification and external supervision is at least 5 years. They must be presented on request to the responsible supreme building supervisory board by the certification body or external supervision.

The objection has to be filed within one month upon receipt of this general site supervision certificate, either in writing or for record at ift Rosenheim GmbH, Theodor-Gietl-Strasse 7 9, Rosenheim. Should this period not be observed due to the fault of one of your delegates, it would be blamed to the applicant. 8 Legal basis This general site supervision certificate is issued on the basis of article 17 of the Bayerische Bauordung (BayBO = Bavarian Building Regulations), version of 14/08/2007, last amendment 3 of the law of 24/07/2015 in connection with the Building Rules List A, Part 2, Edition 2014/2.
