Drivers can self-help to pay parking fee. BAP-200T provides automatic, humanization and securitized management in parking lots. The screen will show parking information and parking fee immediately after drivers insert temporary parking IC token into the pay station. System will guide drivers to complete payment process interactively by LED flashing light and voice messages. Interactive Learning Environment Screen will show payment process flowchart. Drivers can follow the instructions step by step to pay parking fee. LED flashing light instruction can further help drivers take correct steps to complete the payment. Users can easiiy understand the interactive payment process by using touch screen and voice message guidance. Ticket System BAP-200T can read parking time from IC card, and calculate parking fee. System also can write payment information into IC card. There is a shutter system designed in the slot to protect machine. The shutter design can prevent small objects intrude and provide anti-water and anti-dust to machine. If driver make a mistakes in operation (insert coin), BAP-200T will return coins to drivers. (Red button) System can write payment information into the cards and return the cards to drivers, if drivers didn t pay parking fee in one time. If exchange system break down, system can write all information into IC card or invoice. LCD Screen Instruction & Voice Message 15 LCD touch screen can dispiay payment information with voice message guidance. (LCD is standard element. We have digit keyboard with functional buttons for back up.) The content and volume of voice message can be adjusted according to the environment. Bank Note & Coin Recognition System System can accept bank note, and over 95% can recognized. The cash holder can store more than 500 bank notes. Drivers can use coin pay the parking fee if bank note recognition system break down. System can accept 3 kinds of coins, and recognize rate over 95%. Different kind of coins will separate to different cash holder for exchange. Cash holders can store about 1000 coins. System will send signal to CMS when coins not enough.

The system will save data and send back to BCMS when internet is connected again.if system is under outage, memory can store 200,000 data over 5 years. System can restart working in 10 seconds when unexpected outage or restart PC. TCP / lp (Ethernet) interface, and connection without interference. Invoice Printer Driver can print invoice or receipt with invoice number or tax number. A second invoice printer is available if necessary. System will auto shift to the second printer if the first printer is run out of invoice. This saves time for traffic warden to add invoices. The information to show on the invoice can be set in system. The print message includes parking information, payment information and discount information, etc. Alert & Monitoring BCMS will make alarm sound when BAP-200T is in error status. Car detector will start the entry station when vehicles enter induction area. System will start voice messages and LCD screen to guide drivers. Temporary parking drivers can press button to receive a Mifare IC token. Monthly card users only have to put Mifare IC card to induction area. All equipments are Internet-connected to control the parking lot. Stations has stand-alone mode. System can operation on its own when system is offline. Data will be saved and send back to BCMS after internet reconnected. Mifare IC Card / Token Philips Mifare chips ensure the quality of our tokens. The tokens are OD: 30mm and 3mm thickness. Environmental protection tokens are reusable up to 100,000 times, and also reduce cost. Ticket Issue System Data can rewrite into card, and data won t be demagnetized by external influences. System may come with single / double ticket holder and can hold up to 700 / 1400 tickets. The system will auto shift to the other ticket holder, when one ticket holder is empty. Traffic warden doesn t need refill the ticket holder all the time. Double ticket holder is an option for parking lot demand. There is a shutter system designed in the slot to protect machine. Managers can set up control rules on BCMS (Entry and exit control, open hours, open days and expire day.) and transfer data to monthly rent management system. If customer doesn't extend an overdue card, system will make the ticket invalid. This can saves traffic warden time to check data. The system will use voice messages and instructions on screen to guide drivers. (Repeat-use cards, ticket expire, and parking at wrong area.) Exit station s shutter will auto open when car enter induction area after drivers pay parking fee. LCD screen will show operation messages in English and Chinese and system will start playing voice messages to guide drivers. Temporary parking drivers should insert tickets. Monthly card users only have to put card to induction area. RP-BEX200 will read the data in the ticket. Barrier will open immediately if the driver has paid parking fee and still in buffer time. All equipments are Internetconnected to control the exit of vehicles. Each station can also operate on its own, so system will still function well during other equipments failure or when disconnected to the Internet. Ticket Issue System There is a shutter system designed in the slot to protect machine. The shutter design can prevent small objects intrude and provide anti-water and anti-dust to machine. The exit station can read and write the ticket. The tickets can be recycled to use again after check. Parking barrier will open and close barrier by signal. (From car detector, remote control, BCMS, and control box, etc.) Our system has different functions of dry contact for various type of space. BKG-520 features functions of alert, detection, protection and anti noise, etc. It can connect with auto pay system, entry station, car detector, traffic light, remote controller, oar exit alert and other traffic signals, etc. This system provides auto, user-friendly and safe management.
