3 QVC UK CORPORATE FIT STANDARD How to use this chart Alpha and Numeric sizing: Woman's QVC UK has reviewed and modified it s corporate Apparel Fit Standard, effective October Our goal is to give the QVC customer greater consistency in sizing across categories and brands and to more effectively communicate sizing and fit information in order to significantly improve the customers ability to identify and select the correct size when ordering All products produced, must comply with this Fit Standard, unless an exception is granted by the appropriate QVC Buyer The accompanying Master Size Chart provides the TARGET BODY MEASUREMENTS for every size and the New Grade Rules governing the grading between sizes. For example, if QVC places an order for product in any style, in size M, that product must fit the target body measurements listed for that size, with the drape and ease that the Vendors designer intended. Note that QVC may not purchase every size listed 3

4 QVC UK CORPORATE FIT STANDARD Vendor responsibility will include validating that each size provided will fit the target body measurements for each size. For this purpose, QVC recommends Vendors to purchase a Fit Form in size M and size 2XL to validate both sample and production fit before shipment to QVC. 4

VAT: Alvaforms sold within United Kingdom are subject to a 17.5% VAT. GERMANY MWST: Alvaforms sold within Germany are subject to a 19% MWST. NEW YORK SALES TAX: AlvaForms sold within New York State are subject to 8.375% sales tax. PAYMENT TERMS: Full payment upon receipt of Proforma Invoice. SHIPPING TERMS: All AlvaForms are LOCAL DELIVERY (FCA) HONG KONG. Freight is not included. Buyer arranges shipping from Hong Kong to final destination. The consignee must be prepared to supply import documention. All related duties and taxes are paid by the consignee. HANDLING FEE: All items are subject to a handling fee charge per unit which includes packing, crating, shipping from China to Hong Kong and delivery to a specified location in Hong Kong.
