Below is a list of major outages known to date that will affect capacity or that impact major receipt/delivery areas on the Texas Eastern Transmission (TE) system for the 2017 outage season. Due to unforeseen delays or scheduling conflicts, the dates of the outages listed below are subject to change. In addition, this schedule is not a complete list of all outages that will occur this outage season, and we reserve the right to update this list to reflect additional major outages when the timing of such major outages can be reasonably forecasted. Any changes to the list below will be posted at the earliest practical date. Parties are urged to monitor these postings to access the most current information. Access Area and Longview to Kosciusko: ***Vidor to Gillis 30" Line 14 (WLA) Potential Repair Dates: Complete Potential Run Comparison Repair Dates: June 26 - July 31 To comply with the applicable regulatory requirements associated with TE's ongoing DOT Pipeline Integrity Project, TE will be conducting in-line inspection tool runs on the Vidor to Gillis 30" Line 14. Restrictions to primary firm nominations are not anticipated at this time. B.Restrictions to nominations sourced in WLA, ELA, M1-30", M2-30" and M3 for delivery to the M1-24" and M2-24" are anticipated for interruptible, secondary services and possibly for primary firm services. Longview to Atlanta 24" Line 1 (ETX): August 25 - September 8 TE will be conducting a pipeline outage on 24" Line 1 between Longview to Atlanta compressor stations. 5 GOLIAD MIDSTREAM ENERGY/CITY OF MAGNOLIA,TX-ENDERLI STREET, LONE STAR GAS COMPANY - WALLER CO., TX - REC (B/D 72778) 24" System Longview to Berne: Glen Karn Compressor Station: July 6 - August 14 TE will be conducting compressor station maintenance at its Glen Karn Compressor Station. During this outage, capacity through Glen Karn will be reduced to approximately 305,000 Dth /d for nominations delivering to locations north of Glen Karn. Based on historical nominations through Glen Karn, TE does not anticipate restrictions at this time. Furthermore, TE requests that customers/point operators on Line 69 between Lebanon and north of Gas City Compressor Station be aware of the impact non-ratable hourly takes from the system may have in causing delivery pressures reaching lower than desired levels. Somerset to Summerfield (Sarahsville) 26" Line 3 (Sec 3) Cleaning Tool Dates: TBD Caliper & ILI Tool Runs: August 2 Potential Repair Dates: October 3 - October 21 To comply with the applicable regulatory requirements associated with TE's ongoing DOT Pipeline Integrity Project, TE will be conducting in-line inspection tool run on the Somerset to Summerfield 26 Line 3. Additionally, any gas sourced in WLA, ELA, M1-30", M2-30", M3 and receipt points north of Sarahsville on the M2-24 for delivery south of Sarahsville to the M1-24", M2-24" or delivery locations in ETX between Longview and N. Little Rock may be restricted. If further investigations are required, restrictions are possible for interruptible, secondary firm services and potentially primary firm services. Should any of these investigations lead to a reduction of capacity, TE will post on the bulletin board as soon as it is known. Walnut Ridge to Pollard 24" Line 1 (M1): September 8 -September 16 TE will be conducting a pipeline outage on 24" Line 1 between Walnut Ridge and Pollard compressor stations. During this outage the following meter will be unavailable for flow: JONESBORO CITY, WATER & LIGHT - GREENE, AR During this outage, customers delivering to meters located on Line 1 between Little Rock and Walnut Ridge compressor stations will have to source gas from receipts located on Line 1 between Little Rock and Walnut Ridge compressor stations to avoid potential restrictions. Additionally, depending on the level of nominations during this outage, the following restrictions will be required: Page 5 of 43

6 A.Nominations sourced between Longview and Walnut Ridge Stations for delivery north of Walnut Ridge Station are anticipated for interruptible, secondary services and possibly for primary firm services. Restrictions to primary firm nominations are not anticipated at this time. B.Nominations sourced in WLA, ELA, M1-30", M2-30" and M3 for delivery between North Little Rock and Walnut Ridge Stations are anticipated for interruptible, secondary services and possibly for primary firm services. Restrictions to primary firm nominations are not anticipated at this time. Norris City to Oakland City 24" Line 1 (M2): October 11 - October 15 TE will be conducting a pipeline outage on 24" Line 1 between Norris City to Oakland City compressor stations. During this outage, customers delivering to meters located on Line 1 between Little Rock and Norris City compressor stations will have to source gas from receipts located on Line 1 between Little Rock and Norris City compressor stations to avoid potential restrictions. Additionally, depending on the level of nominations during this outage, the following restrictions will be required: A.Nominations sourced between Longview and Norris City Stations for delivery north of Norris City Station are anticipated for interruptible, secondary services and possibly for primary firm services. Restrictions to primary firm nominations are not anticipated at this time. B.Nominations sourced in WLA, ELA, M1-30", M2-30" and M3 for delivery between North Little Rock and Norris City Stations are anticipated for interruptible, secondary services and possibly for primary firm services. Restrictions to primary firm nominations are not anticipated at this time. 30 Inch System and Market Area: ***Bedford Compressor Station Outage: July TE will be conducting a compressor station outage at its Bedford Compressor Station. During this outage, capacity through Bedford will be reduced to approximately 2,121,000 Dth/d. Based on historical nominations through Bedford, TE does not anticipate restrictions at this time. If flow patterns change, restrictions to interruptible and potentially secondary firm services are possible for nominations delivering to locations between Bedford and up to Lambertville on TE's 36 inch line. ***Waynesburg to Uniontown 24" Line 2 Cleaner Tool Run: Complete Potential Repair Dates: TBD To comply with the applicable regulatory requirements associated with TE's ongoing DOT Pipeline Integrity Project, TE will be conducting in-line inspection tool runs on the Waynesburg to Uniontown 24" Line 2 Page 6 of 43

7 Depending on the results of the ILI Tool runs and if further detailed investigations are required, the following meter may experience lower than normal pressures or be unavailable for flow: COLUMBIA GAS - WAYNESBURG, PA ENERGY CORPORATION OF AMERICA-RIDGE RD., GREENE CO., PA EQUITABLE GAS CO. - CRAYNE, PA (D70009/R76009) Hanover to EOLN 8" Line 20-B-1 Cleaner Tool Run: Complete Potential Repair Dates: June 30 - July 15 To comply with the applicable regulatory requirements associated with TE's ongoing DOT Pipeline Integrity Project, TE will be conducting in-line inspection tool runs on the Hanover to EOLN 8" Line 20-B-1. Depending on the results of the ILI Tool runs and if further detailed investigations are required, the following meter may experience lower than normal pressures or be unavailable for flow: NEW JERSEY NATURAL - MONTVILLE, NJ Delmont to Armagh 36" Line 28 Cleaner Tool Run: Complete Potential Repair Dates: July 11 - July 31 To comply with the applicable regulatory requirements associated with TE's ongoing DOT Pipeline Integrity Project, TE will be conducting in-line inspection tool runs on the Delmont to Armagh 36" Line 28. Depending on the results of the ILI Tool runs and if further detailed investigations are required, the following meter may experience lower than normal pressures or be unavailable for flow: DTI (DOMINION) - CROOKED RUN, WESTMORELAND CO., PA. TE/AGT Leased Capacity: August 1 and 3, 2017 Texas Eastern (TE) has been informed by Algonquin Gas Transmission (AGT) of the following outage that will impact receipts to TE which may include its Leased Capacity on AGT. TE will process Lease Capacity reductions based on TE priorities. 26" Main Line -Lambertville Meter Station (MR 00210) to Hudson River (downstream of Stony Point) - DOT Pipeline Integrity Project: Cleaning Tool Date: August 1 and August 3, 2017 As part of its DOT Pipeline Integrity Project, AGT will be conducting pigging operations on its 26" Main Line from the Lambertville Meter Station (MR 00210) to the Hudson River. Due to AGT's current operational flow patterns and to ensure the cleaning tool runs are successfully completed, AGT will be limited to approximately 400,000 Dth/day for delivery to TE Lambertville (MR 00210) and TE Hanover (MR 00211), which includes the TE/AGT Lease Capacity. Due to these current flow patterns AGT anticipates restrictions to interruptible, secondary services and primary firm nominations. Additionally, AGT will be limited to approximately 908,000 Dth/ day for receipts sourced from Mahwah (MR 00201), Ramapo/ Millennium (MR00214) and Columbia Hanover (00240) for deliveries east through Page 7 of 43

8 Southeast Compressor Station. AGT anticipates restrictions to interruptible, secondary out of path nominations and potentially secondary in-path nominations. Furthermore, AGT will be limited to approximately 200,000 Dth/day receipts from TE Lambertville (MR 00210) and TE Hanover (MR 00211) for deliveries east through Southeast Compressor Station. AGT anticipates restrictions to secondary out of path within entitlements, secondary in path and potentially primary firm nominations. If additional tool runs are required, AGT will post updates as soon as it is known. Tompkinsville Compressor Station: August 5 - August 25 TE will be conducting a compressor station outage at its Tompkinsville Compressor Station. During this work north to south capacity through stations on the 30 inch line will be reduced as follows: Reduced to approximately Berne 30" South1,446,000 Dth/d Wheelersburg South1,215,000 Dth/d Tompkinsville South1,136,000 Dth/d Barton South1,006,000 Dth/d Based on historical north to south nominations TE anticipates restrictions for interruptible, secondary out of path, secondary in path and potentially primary firm nominations flowing north to south through Berne, Wheelersburg, Tompkinsville and Barton. Linden to EOLN 12" Line 1-D Cleaner Tool Run: Complete Potential Repair Dates: August 23 - August 31 To comply with the applicable regulatory requirements associated with TE's ongoing DOT Pipeline Integrity Project, TE will be conducting in-line inspection tool runs on the Linden to EOLN 12" Line 1-D. Depending on the results of the ILI Tool runs and if further detailed investigations are required, the following meter may experience lower than normal pressures or be unavailable for flow: PUBLIC SERVICE - SEWAREN, NJ NEW JERSEY NATURAL - HANOVER, NJ TE has been informed by Algonquin Gas Transmission (AGT) of the following outage below that will impact receipts to TE which may include its Leased Capacity on AGT. TE will process Lease Capacity reductions based on TE priorities. Owingsville Compressor Station: September 7 - September 28 TE will be conducting a compressor station outage at its Owingsville Compressor Station. During this work north to south capacity through stations on the 30 inch line will be reduced as follows: Reduced to approximately Berne 30" South1,626,000 Dth/d Wheelersburg South1,395,000 Dth/d Page 8 of 43

9 Tompkinsville South1,316,000 Dth/d Barton South1,186,000 Dth/d Based on historical north to south nominations TE anticipates restrictions for interruptible, secondary out of path, secondary in path and potentially primary nominations flowing north to south through Berne, Wheelersburg, Tompkinsville and Barton. Athens to Wheelersburg 30" Line 10: October 3 - October 19 TE will be conducting a DOT hydro test between Athens to Wheelersburg compressor stations on 30" Line 10. During this work north to south capacity through stations on the 30 inch line will be reduced as follows: Reduced to approximately Berne 30" South1,581,000 Dth/d Wheelersburg South1,350,000 Dth/d Tompkinsville South1,271,000 Dth/d Barton South1,141,000 Dth/d Based on historical north to south nominations TE anticipates restrictions for interruptible, secondary out of path, secondary in path and potentially primary nominations flowing north to south through Berne, Wheelersburg, Tompkinsville and Barton. Texas Eastern DOT Pipeline Integrity Project TE will be conducting, as part of its ongoing DOT Pipeline Integrity Project, in-line inspection tool runs at various locations throughout the Texas Eastern pipeline system. As a result of these in-line inspections, certain locations could be identified for an investigation which could lead to possible reduction of capacity. Should any of these investigations lead to a reduction of capacity, TE will post on the bulletin board as soon as it is known. Listed below are the pipeline segments scheduled for inspection this year. Each segment will have a caliper tool run, and an ILI tool run. During this outage, capacity through Glen Karn will be reduced to approximately 305,000 Dth /d for nominations delivering to locations north of Glen Karn. Based on historical nominations through Glen Karn, TE does not anticipate restrictions at this time. Furthermore, TE requests that customers/point operators on Line 69 between Lebanon and north of Gas City Compressor Station be aware of the impact non-ratable hourly takes from the system may have in causing delivery pressures reaching lower than desired levels. Somerset to Summerfield (Sarahsville) 26" Line 3 (Sec 3) Cleaning Tool Dates: TBD Caliper & ILI Tool Runs: August 2 Potential Repair Dates: October 3 - October 21 To comply with the applicable regulatory requirements associated with TE's ongoing DOT Pipeline Integrity Project, TE will be conducting in-line inspection tool run on the Somerset to Summerfield 26 Line 3. Additionally, any gas sourced in WLA, ELA, M1-30", M2-30", M3 and receipt points north of Sarahsville on the M2-24 for delivery south of Sarahsville to the M1-24", M2-24" or delivery locations in ETX between Longview and N. Little Rock may be restricted. If further investigations are required, restrictions are possible for interruptible, secondary firm services and potentially primary firm services. Should any of these investigations lead to a reduction of capacity, TE will post on the bulletin board as soon as it is known. Walnut Ridge to Pollard 24" Line 1 (M1): September 8 -September 16 TE will be conducting a pipeline outage on 24" Line 1 between Walnut Ridge and Pollard compressor stations. During this outage the following meter will be unavailable for flow: JONESBORO CITY, WATER & LIGHT - GREENE, AR During this outage, customers delivering to meters located on Line 1 between Little Rock and Walnut Ridge compressor stations will have to source gas from receipts located on Line 1 between Little Rock and Walnut Ridge compressor stations to avoid potential restrictions. Additionally, depending on the level of nominations during this outage, the following restrictions will be required: A.Nominations sourced between Longview and Norris City Stations for delivery north of Norris City Station are anticipated for interruptible, secondary services and possibly for primary firm services. 18 DOT Pipeline Integrity Project: Cleaning Tool Date: August 1 and August 3, 2017 As part of its DOT Pipeline Integrity Project, AGT will be conducting pigging operations on its 26" Main Line from the Lambertville Meter Station (MR 00210) to the Hudson River. Due to AGT's current operational flow patterns and to ensure the cleaning tool runs are successfully completed, AGT will be limited to approximately 400,000 Dth/day for delivery to TE Lambertville (MR 00210) and TE Hanover (MR 00211), which includes the TE/AGT Lease Capacity. Due to these current flow patterns AGT anticipates restrictions to interruptible, secondary services and primary firm nominations. Additionally, AGT will be limited to approximately 908,000 Dth/ day for receipts sourced from Mahwah (MR 00201), Ramapo/ Millennium (MR00214) and Columbia Hanover (00240) for deliveries east through Southeast Compressor Station. AGT anticipates restrictions to interruptible, secondary out of path nominations and potentially secondary in-path nominations. Furthermore, AGT will be limited to approximately 200,000 Dth/day receipts from TE Lambertville (MR 00210) and TE Hanover (MR 00211) for deliveries east through Southeast Compressor Station. AGT anticipates restrictions to secondary out of path within entitlements, secondary in path and potentially primary firm nominations. If additional tool runs are required, AGT will post updates as soon as it is known. Tompkinsville Compressor Station: August 5 - August 25 TE will be conducting a compressor station outage at its Tompkinsville Compressor Station. As a result of these in-line inspections, certain locations could be identified for an investigation which could lead to possible reduction of capacity. Should any of these investigations lead to a reduction of capacity, TE will post on the bulletin board as soon as it is known.
