2 SYSPAL SANITISING CONVEYORS The BRC Global Standard for Food Safety requires there to be a physical segregation between low and high care areas. To pass equipment, utensils or materials through into the high risk area you must have a designated port with santising controls in place. In order to transfer raw ingredients into a high care area the standard requires procedures such as the use of disinfection or the removal of outer packaging. Syspal Sanitising Conveyors are the ideal product to take utensils, raw ingredients still in their packaging or equipment safely through the segregation between high and low care, ensuring you meet the Standard s requirements.
