Reports/Tools 2297 Data Packager Import Two new Settings Config records are now available to calculate the Default Insurance Value and Default COD Value: Default COD Value - for users that want Epicor Manifest to auto-calculate the COD amount for each container/shipment using the quantity packed multiplied by the unit price for each product in the container when the carrier option COD is selected Default Insurance Value - for users that want Epicor Manifest to-auto calculate the insured value amount for each container using the quantity packed multiplied by the unit price for each product in the container when the carrier option Declared Value is selected 6

7 Release Notes Release Notes: Data Packager Import Data Packager Import Added New Setting Config for EmptyContainerPrompt; the prompt setting controls a warning when creating a container with no container contents: if the prompt setting is True, it allows the display of the warning, if the prompt setting is False, the warning is suppressed; the default for this setting is False Updated FedEx services and options in data packager import records Shipping , 1639, 1701, 2734, Labels Expanded support of three references on FedEx label to four references Epicor Manifest new Rate Shopping Web Enhanced rate shopping from a new user interface, as a web application with the following features: 2927 Epicor ERP 10 users on or later can now use Rate Shopping to pull in an order, shop rates and push back a ship via to the order header and release Rate Shopping can now be launched from Epicor ERP version Order Entry using the icon next to the Ship Via on the header tab Prophet 21 users can use Rate Shopping to pull in an order, shop rates and push back a carrier code to the order The Rate Shopping login includes a Remember Me option so the user does not need to enter credentials everytime the web app is launched FedEx, UPS, DHL and Endicia (USPS) are included in rate shopping , 2329, 2334, 2343, 2365, 2898, Labels Forms Labels Labels Duplicate container references are now removed for Master Pack containers freighted individually Changed the default FedEx form for Ground Hazmat shipments to OP_900_LL 8-part candy-striped template for laser printer Added logic to enable Reference 1, 2 and 3 on the UPS tab in the Epicor shipment entry screen for FedEx shipments which allows users to override any default Facility references for the shipment; the existing FedEx Reference 1 has priority over the UPS Reference 1 for FedEx Enhanced the ZPL and EPL labels printing process Epicor Manifest Integration to Prophet 21 Improvements include: If the billing method in the Prophet 21 order header is recipient [B] or Third Party [T] and the account number to be billed by the carrier for the freight charges is entered in the ups_code field in the order header, Epicor Manifest now automatically creates the billing record used to instruct the carrier the responsible for paying the freight charges Expanded Prophet 21 integration for phone number: the phone number is initially pulled from the shipto; if no number is available, the contact phone number is used When a pick ticket is pulled in to Epicor Manifest, any order header delivery instructions and/or order notepad notes linked to the Shipping or Order Entry areas in Prophet 21 are now also pulled in and are displayed in the Notes window in the Shipping Screen; the Notes icon is displayed with lines if any notes exist to alert the user there are notes available for viewing 7

8 Release Notes: Release Notes When the validation_status on the Prophet 21 order header is set to [COD] then the shipment in Epicor Manifest will default to Collect On Delivery and default carrier options will be created automatically per carrier data requirements. This is available for carriers UPS, FedEx, SpeeDee, and Endicia (USPS). Setups to enable this feature include Settings to define default values for carrier-specific COD options (e.g. accepted funds type, currency code, add freight to COD). A warning is now displayed when a shipment is pulled from Prophet 21 that is COD, and the user changes the ship code in Manifest, eliminating the COD settings; the warning states "You are changing the ship code for a shipment that is flagged as Collect On Delivery. You must manually select the COD carrier option and related fields for this ship code prior to shipping." Enhanced the ShipCodeRefresh integration job to include the ID and description using address records in Prophet 21 that are designated for use as carrier IDs [address.carrier_flag = Y]; this allows the user to link these ship codes to the appropriate carrier and service In Epicor Manifest Change List - Performance Enhancements Use the following information to review the performance enhancements that occurred in Epicor Manifest since the last release. Maintenance 1558, Labels/Reports Epicor Manifest enhancements to the Print Monitor for labels and reports include: 1562, 1989, Print Monitor now creates PDF files of reports 2433 During Printer Settings installation procedures the option to validate credentials is now available; a message is displayed stating either "Success" or "Invalid Credentials. Check name and password. Validate credentials again." Enhanced Print Monitor to process print jobs when no user logged into Windows The Settings for printing can now be used in the setup of the Print Monitor Shipping 2408 Label Expanded the carrier label file name to include YYYYMMDD-HHMM###### where # represents seconds; added a short pause between the creation of label files so that shipments with many container labels can generate all the necessary labels 8

Manifest then captures pick ticket details (order, orderlines, ship quantities, customer) from Prophet 21 required to complete the shipment and create required paperwork (labels, tracking numbers, export documents) and calculate costs for outbound freight. The ship code on the order header directs the carrier and service to be used. Additional carrier value-added services that impact freight costs can be selected prior to processing the shipment. When the shipment process has completed, tracking numbers and 10
