4 Some references SONACA MONTREAL The Sonaca Montréal group has signed a five-year private tendered agreement with Cofely Services covering all facility management services as well as energy management of Sonaca s Mirabel plant. The agreement also includes a full warranty on repairs during the course of contract as well as an an energy performance agreement with includes a lighting retrofit and building automation system upgrade. Maintenance Planning, documentation and maintenance tracked and monitored using a Computerized Management System (CMMS). SANOFI Sanofi and Cofely have signed a new agreement to strengthen their pan- European cooperation in the energy sector. This five-year contract includes energy production and gas and biomass distribution systems, including renewable energy. The initial agreement covering Europe and Turkey will now include new sites in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, China and Singapore. As it operates on a 24/7 schedule, this industrial pharmaceutical plant is considered as critical. This mandate entails the daily services of a stationary engineer for the operation and maintenance of the chiller and boiler stations as well as the services of a refrigeration technician to maintain a fleet of approximately 100 self-contained units (rooftops). Cofely documents all its preventive and corrective maintenance activities by work orders generated by CMMS. Planning, documentation and maintenance tracked and monitored using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). BOMBARDIER Cofely Adelt handles operation and maintenance of HVAC systems, automation systems (Metasys) and pneumatic controls at the Bombardier Aerospace plant in Downsview, Ontario. Bombardier Aérospace s de Havilland site fabricates structural components and performs final assembly of Learjet 45 aircraft, the Global business jet family and Q Series turboprop aircraft.
