The call centre team co-ordinate: 20 regional locally-based engineers, creating an efficient team, capable of multi-tasking across diferent service disciplines Service bases in Dublin, Cork, Galway, Midlands etc... Emergency break downs Contract priority response times Return to Depot repairs Factory trained engineers with fully traceable training records Comprehensive Centralised spare parts stock. Inflow velocity/exhaust flow velocity testing Laminar airflow profile testing Filter(s) integrity testing Test cert provided Ovens/Incubators/Temp Controlled Chambers & Freezers (Standard Commissioning) Commissioning Report Verfication of items ordered Setting up of unit including standard accessories Inspection - Basic functionality & operation check Autoclaves (Standard Commissioning) Installation, verfication and and basic functionality testing Leak check 15 minute 121 o C empty chamber cycle test Including a single probe performance report * These are just standard commissioning packages - customers can negotiate extra services at the point of sale * * NB - In all cases, the chamber must be at its commissioning site and the required services (eg. vacuum connections/fittings, CO2 gas supply, fittings, water supply, drains) must be in place and at the commissioning site (within 1 metre) prior to date of commissioning *
