13 ACCESSORIAL SERVICE FEES Cargo Liability New World Logistics LLC carriers will not be liable for losses or claims occurring or arising outside the USA and/or Canada. Detention Live power waiting to load or unload will be allowed 2 hours free time. A charge of $75.00 per hour, or 1/2 hour fraction thereof, will apply for all hours after allowable free time has elapsed, unless otherwise agreed upon. Equipment Order Not Used A charge of $1.65 per deadhead mile will be applicable from point of dispatch to pick-up point should cancellation of load occur after truck has been dispatched to load. Minimum charge of $ A truck order must be cancelled 4 hours before scheduled pick up time or the charge will be assessed. Loading/Unloading Drive assist on loading or unloading will be subject to a minimum charge of $100 per occurrence. Any driver assists lasting longer than 4 hours is subject to a charge of $75 per hour thereafter. Lumper Lumper services are often available to load/unload. Any charges resulting from the use of a lumper service will be pre-approved and the receipt for said must be sent with the invoice. Mileage Determination All mileage rates are determined by ProMiles Prime, practical routing mode. When charges are determined by mileage, the confirmation, invoice and/or payment shall reflect the agreed mileage. Congested Area Delivery Charge All shipments destined to or through the New York City area (zip codes , ) are subject to a fee of $400 per shipment; A Toll Charge of $75.00 will apply on all shipments destined to or through the New York City area (zip codes , ). All shipments destined to or through Miami, FL area (zip code 331) are subject to a fee of $ per shipment. Release Values Declaration The cargo tendered by New World Logistics LLC, is released up to a value of $100,000 per trailer. Stop Off Charges Charges of $150 per additional stop-off, and will raise at an additional rate of $200 per stop for all additional for either partial loading or unloading with a maximum of five stop-offs allowed during any one move. Out-of-route charge will be same rate per mile as in effect for the direct route. Tarp Charge A charge of $100 per occurrence will be assessed for such service for each vehicle so tarped. An additional charge of $ will be assessed for each time the load is required to be untarped and/or retarped, unless otherwise agreed upon. Minimum Truck Charge Minimum truck charge - $600, unless otherwise agreed upon. Excess Weight Maximum loading capacity must comply with all local, state and federal regulations. Shipper/Consignor shall be responsible for all overweight tickets or fines incurred from mis-described Bills of Lading.
