3 WebOMS Cutover Key Dates WebOMS Go-Live Schedule 11/1/2014 for EIM participants 12/1/2014 for all other participants including Section 9 of the tariff. Generation Training Date: Thursday, October 9, 2014 Time: 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. (Pacific Time) Date: Monday, November 10, 2014 Time: 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. (Pacific Time) Transmission Training Date: Monday, November 10, 2014 Time: 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. (Pacific Time) Page 3

4 WebOMS Cutover Key Dates Historical outages from SLIC will be available in MAP Stage on 11/4 Includes outages that started in September ISO requests that participants minimize outage submission 1 week prior to and 1 week after go-live ISO requests that participants submit outages affecting CRRs for January by 11/26/2014 Page 4

5 WebOMS Production User Access Existing active SLIC user certificates and their access rights in the production environment will be migrated to the WebOMS application for active users A spreadsheet of users and their access rights, including Sub-BAs will be ed by your client representative to all application POCs by October 30,2014 Freeze SLIC provisioning on October 10, 2014 POCs will be required to return the spreadsheet to your client rep with any modifications or changes to the ISO by November 11, 2014 Please use the AARF form if you wish to request access for users not on the spreadsheet Page 5

6 WebOMS Production User Access Continued All user access spreadsheets and AARF forms received by November 11, 2014 will be provisioned with Production access in the WebOMS application by November 18, 2014 If a POC does not return their list of validated users to the ISO by November 11 th, 2014 they will be required to provision Production weboms access via: The AIM application starting on November18th Via the AARF form for endorsed users on or after November 12 th Please note that it may take up to 10 business days to process a completed valid AARF form from the date of receipt Page 6

7 WebOMS Production User Access Continued Read-Write access will be provisioned for December 1 as appropriate; however, Read-Only access will be granted for B2B connectivity testing from November 18 through November 25, except Saturday, November 22. Participants must use an organization-level certificate for B2B integration (API connectivity) The weboms application will be unavailable for connectivity testing between November 26 th and November 30th Page 7

8 WebOMS Outage Data Migration Outages will be migrated from SLIC and current OMS into the WebOMS systems This will include active and expired outages that ended within the last 5 years ISO Outage IDs used in SLIC will be carried over to the new OMS Active Outages: WebOMS becomes the system of record for all active outages after cutover; Participants are expected to retrieve all active outages from WebOMS Expired Outages: SLIC remains the system of record for all expired outages completed prior to cutover; Expired outages should not be retrieved for WebOMS SLIC to WebOMS data mapping document (with mapping scenarios) available on MPP developer s forum, which can be found at 0WebOMS%20B2B%20API%20Data%20Migration%20Document&FolderCTID=0x AC74403A085840BDB7B58F582850E7.
