2 Executive Summary The Jaguars appreciate our partnership with Winn-Dixie and desire to extend our partnership beyond the 2012 season. In an effort to provide more value to Winn-Dixie, its customers and its vendors, the Jaguars propose two centerpiece programs to our partnership going forward: 1. Making Jaguars Games More Affordable for Winn-Dixie Customers and Employees 2. Providing Winn-Dixie s Vendors with Significant Value By providing significant pass-through rights to Winn-Dixie s vendors, we have developed a program that would enable the Jaguars to remain whole financially yet allows Winn-Dixie to significantly reduce its investment. We believe this winn-winn program will allow both organizations to meet our long term partnership objectives.

5 Jaguars Tickets Discounted tickets for all Winn-Dixie Reward Card members Discounted tickets for all Winn-Dixie employees. Group rate for any season ticket or individual game day purchase. Day-of-Game Single Tickets Opportunity to purchase individual ( orphan ) tickets for $20 on the day of the game. 5,000 complimentary tickets to each pre-season home game for Winn- Dixie employees.

6 Make Your Meal at Winn-Dixie Tailgating and In-Stadium Jaguars fans can stop by Winn-Dixie on the way to a game and select from a variety of sandwich, chips, etc. in Jaguars-branded packaging. A Jaguars/Winn-Dixie branded display at the end of an aisle near the front will serve as a quick and easy way to load up for the game.

7 JTA Bus Drop-off ATE ZONE Partnership Proposal 2 Winn-Dixie Tailgate Zone 3 Brand Presence GATE 1 4 GATE 5 TAILGATE ZONE Winn-Dixie will have a large brand presence at the Fan Entertainment Zone called the Winn-Dixie Tailgate Zone. This large grassy area near the Cabanas will be the mother of all tailgate areas with vendors on hand that offer tailgating items such as charcoal, lighter fluid, plates, napkins, food, beverages, and more. This area is about 1.5 acres.

8 Make Your Meal Benefits JTA Bus Drop-off TAILGATE ZONE GATE 2 NORTH ENDZONE ACCESSIBLE ENTRANCE 3 GATE 1 4 Fans who don t want to pack their own tailgate items at home or stop by Winn-Dixie beforehand may still enjoy all of the elements of tailgating by coming to the ultimate tailgate commissary (in grassy area behind the cabanas) and purchasing all tailgate items (e.g., charcoal, lighter fluid, plates, napkins, food, beverages, etc.) from individual vendors of Winn-Dixie.

9 Winn-Dixie Tailgate Zone (cont d) Brand Presence The former Pepsi Plaza will be rebranded as the Winn-Dixie Tailgate Zone, inclusive of the new fan experience area which has been brought inside the gates to compliment the punt, pass and kick field, tackling dummies, etc. The large signage will be at the center of the Fan Entertainment Zone, the most popular gameday area at EverBank Field.

10 Winn-Dixie Tailgate Zone (cont d) Brand Presence Winn-Dixie signage will be present on the perimeter fencing of the Winn-Dixie Tailgate Zone and also the fencing around the current Play 60 Punt, Pass, Kick area.

11 Partnership Proposal EverBank Field Gate Sponsors Brand Presence The Jaguars would brand each of the four entrance gates with a different Winn-Dixie vendor (e.g., Heinz Gate ). In addition to a large sign above each gate, the respective vendor would also be branded on all tickets associated with that particular gate.

12 Partnership Proposal Store Appearances Jaguars players, coaches, cheerleaders, and Jaxson de Ville will have special appearances at Winn-Dixie stores to help bag groceries, sign autographs, and help promote Winn-Dixie products and services.
