We have helped over 500 clients (many of whom are household names) set up successful recycling initiatives We have recycling bins to suit any and every recycling initiative, and these are designed to complement even the most sophisticated office space and brand. Our clearly marked recycling bins ensure your recyclables are not contaminated, hence increasing both your recycling rate and the value of your recyclables. We use only high quality materials in the manufacture of our products and it goes without saying that all our bins are recyclable some even include recycled materials. We support local industry by manufacturing our products in South Africa. We deliver throughout the country, as well as to Namibia and Botswana. We can offer you a more comprehensive solution, depending on your needs: from access to our information portal, to training to more personalized consulting. All our prices include a contribution towards tree-planting programmes that have a strong focus on the upliftment of South African communities. 4 1. EcoCylinder Recycling Bins Meet our Bestsellers Our original 100 litre EcoCylinder recycling bin is rotomoulded using recyclable plastic (polyethylene) and is extremely robust. Its removable lid with cut-out throw-in holes has a colourful, durable vinyl. Ideal for office use, it is available in two or three compartments or for a single waste use. 6 3. Silver-Coated Recycle Bin This 3-compartment recycle bin is made with mild steel, powder-coated in silver these are not ideal for outside conditions. With its colour decals on the front and the top, the silver-coated recycle bin is ideal for offices. The material used is thicker, resulting in a stronger finish than the Silver-coated bin. 8 6. INOX Stainless Steel Range Stainless steel ensures a sophisticated and corporate look, and can be used indoor or outdoor by adjusting the grade of stainless steel used. 9 7. Custom-made Leather-Touch Recycling Bins These custom-made recycling bins come in black, printed with your waste names, as well as your corporate logo at no additional cost*. These are also scratch-resistant, require little maintenance & are ideal for indoor. They can also include a battery-collector and be converted to Confidential Bins or Clothing Collection bins. Note that only the 2 or 3-compartment Medi Leather-Touch units automatically come with handles on the sides. The variations of the leather-touch range include: 1. 16 Some of our Corporate Clients Lead times and Terms & Conditions a. Lead time Lead times depend on the quantity ordered and the time at which the order is being placed. It will usually vary between 1-4 weeks to the time of dispatch. Lead times start from receiving the required deposit as well as a complete order, including receiving confirmation of colours, waste names and logos (if relevant). If information relating to branding and product colour and/or approval of printing proofs are delayed, this will impact your completion date. Training sessions are subject to our availability and are subject to a minimum lead time of 2 weeks. Kindly note that due to the custom nature of the product, the lead time for the leather-touch units is approximately 4 weeks even for small orders. b. General Information and Terms and Conditions All prices provided exclude VAT & delivery costs, with most products being dispatched from Cape Town or Johannesburg (depending on the product and your location). Because of the bin sizes, certain delivery costs may be significant; hence please request a formal quotation for a more accurate cost estimate including transport to the required location. Except for leather-touch bins, prices do not include the costs of corporate branding using vinyl or other methods. Please specify your requirements in writing so that we may quote you accordingly. 17 4 working days of placing your order, else your lead time will be negatively affected, as your order will be put on hold until receipt of the correct, useable artwork. Prices may vary based on quantity. Hence, please request a formal quotation based on your actual order quantity in order to see the applicable pricing. Furthermore, kindly check your quotations carefully prior to approval, as we cannot be responsible for incorrect quotations that are approved as orders. Manufacturing of the order will not commence until the order has been confirmed with a 50% deposit of the total quotation. Balance of payment is required strictly on dispatch. For the renting of EcoCylinders, Portal subscriptions and all orders amounting to R5 000 or less, payment terms are strictly in advance. For the renting of Ecocylinders, the R1000 per order refundable deposit will be refunded within 24 hours once the units are returned to us in good order. We reserve the right to deliver your order in part-shipments if we feel this makes economic and practical sense. Products (including artwork/designs) remain the property of Postwink until the account is settled in full, even if these have been delivered to you. Dimensions provided in this brochure may have been rounded and may differ slightly to the actual dimensions on manufacturing. Capacities provided in this brochure may also have been approximated for ease of communication. Our prices are subject to change without prior notice. This is especially true for stainless steel products, whose prices fluctuate according to international steel prices. Prices for the training sessions will depend on the customer type, customer location and who will perform the training. Our Prices include a contribution towards one of the tree planting programmes that we support, including those by Food and Trees For Africa or GreenPOP. Postwink is the owner of the various literary and artistic works embodied in its Designs, brochures and website, as determined by the Copyright Act, Any unauthorised reproduction, adaptation or publication of the work is strictly prohibited. The Postwink igloo, Pods and EcoCylinder recycling bins have moulds which are jointly owned by Postwink and its manufacturing factory. The Postwink Igloo design has also been registered with the South African Design Office (Design registration number F2011/00148), as well as the recycling POD (Design registration number A2014/01539). As such, Postwink is entitled to enforce its rights in the Design against any person who makes, imports, uses or disposes of any article which embodies or is similar to the Design. Other products included in this brochure are our supplier s intellectual property and hence similarly cannot be recreated or copied without consent. Postwink is the sole distributor of the Recycling Trolley and EcoLid. Orders are subject to our complete set of Terms and Conditions, a copy of which will be provided on request. Prices quoted there include basic packaging, ideal for local deliveries and most domestic freight. Adequate packaging required for overseas and long-haul freighting can be done at an added cost, and must be requested prior to confirming your order.
