Detailed terms and conditions will be agreed upon between the Supplier and the Buyer before the contract is signed. All goods have to be CE-marked. A proposal for supply contract is requested to be enclosed as a part of the tender. Delivery terms Delivery term used for this purchase is DAP incoterms The device should be delivered latest at The device should be delivered within 6 weeks of the signing of the contract. Especially mention the days needed after the installation to the final acceptance. Delays, if more than two weeks in agreed delivery time shall render the Supplier liable for liquidated damages of 1% of the order value for each commenced period of 7 days, maximum 10%. In case the system does not pass the acceptance test within 30 days from the installation, the Buyer is entitled to liquidated damages of the sum of 15% of the total price of the contract. Should there be further delays the Buyer is entitled to receive an additional payment of 1% of the total price per week. The supplier is liable to make these payments without separate reclamations from the Buyer. The supplier acquires an insurance for the transportation of the Goods. The insurance shall cover the transportation from the Supplier s premises to the Buyer s installation site. 3 3(5) Availability of spare parts, service and maintenance etc. The Supplier guarantees that appropriate spare parts, service and maintenance for the instrument are available to the Buyer at reasonable prices and terms during the period of at least 5 (five) years from the date of final acceptance of the instrument. The Supplier is requested to declare if the production of the instrument offered is going to be discontinued or if the instrument is going to be replaced by new model in the near future. The Supplier guarantees to provide the latest versions of any software offered. A complete set of tools and spare parts required for basic maintenance should be included in total price and must be supplied with the instrument. Comparison of tenders The most economically advantageous tender will be chosen based on the criterion mentioned below. Tenders will be assessed against each other based on the clarifications specified in the tenders. The evaluation criteria is divided in parts and will be weighted as described below. Price comparison is done as follows. The tender with the lowest price will get 40 points and the other tenders will get points in relative to the lowest price.
