This option requires a monthly charge. Large IDS like Expedia pull information direct from the GDS (or have a

direct contract with you). There are thousands of smaller IDS that use the ODD. It is up to the IDS to add this to their listing at their discretion and on their schedule.

GDS Integration GDS, IDS, Channel Management, Property Management (PMS) and Accounting arcres saves you time by summarizing many pages of arcres information and allowing you to edit it all online. Descriptions and Examples make it easier to setup effective GDS content. Captures: terms, taxes, charges, profile, accommodation descriptions seasons, rates and photos. arcres GDS Sales Reporting Optionally GDS sales may be integrated with arcres transaction (available mid 2009). Full GDS content 2 way integration will allow you to use arcres to manage much of the data on the GDS systems (available end of 2009). PMS Integration We can integrate arcres with the PMS of your choice. Your PMS must provide an Application Program Interface (API or XML) which we can work with. On seeing the API we will quote on interface requirement, in many cases this will be free of charge. PMS Integration is provided with no charge for: PMS DATACOPR: PMS SOLUTIONS, AXSES-INNKEEPER arcres PMS s Solutions (noted above) are fully 2 way seamless integrated with GDS (via Pegasus HotelFactory). This means that changes in either system will

7 automatically change the other. knowledge engineering GDS Central Reservations System The information you create using either arcres integration, PMS integration or GDS CRS is transmitted to all major GDS Optional Agent Commission payment The Pegasus service (TravelCom) allows you to pay agents online. All you have to do is advise which agents you wish to pay and how much to pay them by simply updating your payment information online. Your statements will be available online every week to make it easier for you to ensure the agent receives the relevant commission within 60 days of each guest s departure. Pegasus will charge a minimal payment per booking (currently approx. $2.50 per booking). Links
