6 Vintage Heuer Box Included This is a Heuer Carrera 12 with a rare Helmet Logo dial. I have heard two stories about this particular logo. The one is that it is part of the logo for the Carrera Pan-American race in Mexico. Page 6 of 8

7 I have also heard that it was a logo used by Autoweek Magazine. It has the Valjoux 72 movement, the famous movement that was used in the Rolex Daytona watches of the same era. The serial number is and the model # is 24475S. This watch is in Excellent Condition. The watch head has been worn, but is in Excellent Condition with very little sign of wear. The strap is NOS. I had this watch serviced by Hans Schrag, the Heuer guru. He cleaned and oiled the movement, replaced the gaskets, replaced the crystal with a proper NOS crystal, and refinished the case. He supplied the NOS strap and it is proper to the model. It is in proper working condition. I am including a vintage Heuer box. The dial is Perfect with a nice patina. The hands are in perfect condition as well.
