Beginning April 2, a new postcard (attached) will be mailed to the addresses that received the first two mailings. Web banner ads advertising the extension will run the month of April. The extension of this promotion is aimed at helping dealers close the sale on additional Pro- Stance units. The complete details of the promotion are outlined in the original Bulletin below. Gravely introduces the $350 Pro-Stance Instant Savings Promotion aimed at helping launch the new Pro-Stance. The promotion will run through March 31, RULES & GUIDELINES End user receives an instant $350 off the advertised price on all new (not previously registered) Gravely Pro-Stance models. Dealer places an order on the dealer extranet for a new Pro-Stance unit(s) with the Ariens Company to replace the one(s) sold under this promotion. Applies to model #s , , , , , , , and Price reduction is per unit. Promotion can be combined with other programs such as Fleet and Bid Assist programs. Standard program rules apply. 2 REIMBURSEMENT PROCESS To receive reimbursement for the instant savings passed onto the end user under this promotion, dealer is required to do the following within 30 days of sale. 1. Pay IN FULL all outstanding Floor Plan balances on GE, or any other finance company, for item(s) pertaining to the requested sale. 2. Complete product registration form. 3. Note on the Instant Savings Form the model number/s of the NEW Pro-Stance unit/s to be ordered. Customer Support will complete processing of these orders. 4. Submit completed Instant Savings Form including copy of dealer s invoice to Customer Service. Dealer reimbursement will be in the form of a $350 credit to open account. A registered, retailed Pro-Stance along with a replacement new order is required to receive the open account credit. All authorized Gravely dealers are eligible to participate. Dealer participation is voluntary. All forms should be ed to ProStanceInstantSavings@Ariens.com or faxed to When submitting a form by , please reference $350 Instant Savings in the subject line to ensure faster processing. Ariens Company reserves the right to verify the sale price and/or sale date as claimed by the dealer. If Ariens determines a false claim has been submitted, the claim will be denied and all claims paid to the dealer will be subject to review. MARKETING SUPPORT Direct Mail Ariens Company plans to target LSC s in key stand-on markets. Target first mailing end of January, second mid-february, and third end of February. Dealers will also receive direct mail. (example below) In-Store Signage All Gravely dealers will receive poster to display in their showroom explaining the promotion. Mailing by end of January. (example below) Trade-Shows Regional trade shows will promote signage of the promotion. A certificate will also be created as a handout to attendees they can use at the dealership to redeem the $350 instant savings. Internet Gravely website will promote the promotion, as well as banner ads on Lawnsite and other pay-for-click avenues. Interested people will be directed to a landing page explaining the promotion where they can download and print a certificate to take to the dealership to redeem the $350 instant savings off the purchase of a Pro-Stance. PLEASE NOTE: The marketing message will be an Instant Savings of $350 off the price of a new Pro-Stance unit. Each marketing piece (direct mail, trade show certificate, internet printout, or in-store signage) will have a promotional code that will be a required piece of information on the Instant Savings Form for marketing tracking purposes. 2 of 3
