4 AIR CLASSIFIER - TC Series TURBO CLASSIFIER The multiple dispersion mechanism achieves highly accurate classification. The air rectifying mechanism based on the turbo theory enhances accuracy and efficiency of classification. The fine powder collecting mechanism enhances accuracy of coarse powder classification and processing capacity. Control of rotor speed and air fiow rate enable a wide range of classification. TC-100 Compactness of the design enable to set up in limited place, keeping its high performance. The computer control system provides full automatic operation with touch panel. TC-15NS Special specifications including antiabration, anti-adhesion and inert gas are also available. Sub micron level classification was realized for the first time in the world. Variety of powder is classified accurately and efficiently. The powder fed through the raw material inlet is made airborne, being evenly dispersed by the dispersion blades and dispersion disc, and sent to the classification zone. There, centrifugal force caused by the revolution and dragging force caused by the air flowing in the radius direction are applied to each particle of the powder, where the coarse particles are moved outwards by the centrifugal force and the fine particles are moved inwards by the dragging force, thus they are classified. 5 FLUID ENERGY JET MILL - CJ Series CURRENT JET No contamination because there is no driving section and pulverization is made by the collision of particles with each other. No heat during pulverization thanks to the thermal insulation expansion. Easy disassembling and cleaning thanks to the simple structure. Stable particle size is assured by the pulverization zone and the classification zone. CJ-50 An optimal number of pulverization nozzles can be set in accordance with the purpose of pulverization. Using an original scale-up method, while maintaining the particle size of the limit pulverization by a standard machine, full scale-up is assured. CJ-25 Can be directly connected to the air classifier, TURBO CLASSFIER. High-performance pulverization down to the size as fine as micron, for various industrial materials including new raw materials. Using an air current pulverization method which prevents mixing-up of foreign objects and generation of heat, it provides solutions to various pulverization needs. There, the air current is locally intercepted by the opposite direction nozzle to have the powder stayed inside for a longer time and enhance the pulverization efficiency. The pulverized material is carried to the classification zone, where the fine powder is carried outside through the outlet and the coarse powder is returned to the pulverization zone to be pulverized again. 6 VERTICAL ROLLER MILL SUPER HYBRID MILL Without taking the coarse powder of inadequate particle size out of the pulverization system, the fine powder or ultra fine powder of required particle size can be produced continuously and in a short time. Employing a dry pulverization method that eliminates necessity of water treatment, the peripheral equipment can be simplified. Applying fine ceramic to the powder contact area, the material is finely pulverized with less contamination. Using computer control of the classifier, variety of the particle size can easily be controlled. According to the size of the pulverizer, materials from the size of 3mm (for a small mill) to 10mm are efficiently pulverized. Using low power, substantial energy saving is achieved. The power loss which turns into heat is less, so the product powder is kept at low temperature (around 40 C). The Super Hybrid Mill was developed, converging the essence of powder technologies owned by Ishikawajima- Harima Heavy Industry and Nisshin Engineering. It produces ultra fine powder of sub micron size continuously and in quantity. It's an epoch-making, advanced machine having a built-in, high accurate classifier that ensures 100% collection of product particles. 7 MECHANICAL PULVERIZER - SR Series MECHANICAL PULVERIZER - BM Series SUPER ROTOR BLADE MILL Pulverization of µm size which was the range of JET MILL is now possible to be executed by this system. Thanks to its mechanical system, pulverization is achieved at low cost. While pulverizing the material finely, it can prevent excessive pulverization which causes unnecessary fine particles to be produced, so the product, which has narrow size distribution is efficiently produced. The pulverization specifications which conventionally consisted of 2 steps, i.e. medium pulverization fine pulverization, are now integrated into one process. SR-25 BM-25 Since the air flows at high speed in the unit, the powder does not cling to the unit inside and the particle size of a product is quickly stabilized, which is not disrupted even in a long-run. Coupling System of Classifier TC-15/ Pulverizer SR-15 Using the cool air generator, fine pulverization of the heat sensiitive powder (such as toner, powder coating) is easily achieved. The blade mill with a unique blade structure can pulverize the material of the size up to several cm to the powder of µm. The blade mill is ideal for pulverization of food material which contains a lot of elastic and/or fiber material. The Super Rotor - an optimal solution for finely pulverizing materials such as resin. It is a blade mill capable of efficiently pulverizing material which is elastic and/or contains fibers. The powerful spiral flow originated in the narrow clearance between the fixed liner and the rotor with a unique groove shape realizes highly efficient and fine pulverization!! The Super Rotor employs a special rotor for pulverization to achieve low running cost and stable pulverization during a long running. While executing the fine pulverization, it prevents excessive pulverization to achieve very sharp distribution of the particles pulverized. The powerful spiral flow generated by the liner and the rotor (blade) with unique groove structure engulfs the powder of the raw material and pulverizes it. The spiral flow has the powder stayed in the pulverization zone for a long time and promotes pulverization to produce fine particles.

8 POWDER MIXER - Hi-X Series NEW TYPE MIXER Hi-X Employing a sphere mixing tub, the dead space where the powder lingers was eliminated. By changing the slant of the mixing tub, heating and pulverization level can be controlled. The scraper removes the powder attached to the equipment wall. The mixed powder can easily be taken out by only revolving the scraper. Hi-X200 A timer is equipped so that the mixing time is automatically set. A safety device is equipped. It is easy to disassemble and clean. Hi-X360 By employing a jacket structure, the mixing can be executed while heating or cooling the powder (option). 9 POWDER FEEDER FEEDCON- Because of the compact design, easy to use. Good to disassemble and clean the unit. Because plastic material is used, even the powder with strong adhesion can be fed stably. It is equipped with a hopper structure which is not affected by the pressure of the powder. Feedcon-µ N type Thanks to the internal agitator, even the powder with poor fluidity can be fed stably. Thanks to the special dispersion mechanism, there is no pulsatory motion during feeding. It is also smooth to feed small quantity of the fine powder with strong adhesive and cohesive characteristics. Feedcon-µ Mtype A compact fine quantity feeder of powder, capable of supplying powder at a fine quantity feed rate. It meets variety of needs for experimental and industrial use covering fine quantity and process quantity. Employing a unique screw feed mechanism, it realizes stable supply of the powder without causing fluctuation of supply or pulsatory motion due to the powder level and screw revolution. Feedcon-µ <N type> Using a electronic balance, the unit always monitors the actual feed rate(g/h) and controls the feed-back of the powder feed rate. The operation is full automatic which only requires a numeral input of the set feed rate. Two types, i.e. allotter type that employs a batch supply method and feeder type that employs a continuous supply method are available. 10 HIGH DENSITY PNEUMATIC CONVEYOR SUPER DENSE FLOW Because of its low speed transportation system, damage and breakage to the object transported and wear of the transportation pipe are few. In case of mixed transportation, defection and separation during transportation are also controlled. Super dense flow, vessel type Materials with high bulk density, strong adhesiveness and high moisture which were so far said difficult to carry with low pressure air transportation system are now smoothly transported. Because of the pneumatic transportation system utilizing a pressure tank, any kind of powder can be transported long way and in volume. Because it consumes less amount of air, the power to operate the facility can be less and the terminal collection/separation device can be more compact and simplified. When changing the object to be transported, the inside of the transportation pipe can be completely blown off and no contamination is left. Super dense flow, feeder type The route of piping can be freely chosen and, therefore, flexibly adjusted to the layout of the plant. Mixing the powder with compressed air and transporting it at low speed and high density, problems of breakage and damage to the object transported and wear and clogging of the piping are solved. It is useful for the powder transportation covering from small quantity to mass quantity and long distance transportation. The values in the table are calculated assuming the use of single unit. However, parallel and serial transportation using two units are also possible. High density pneumatic transportation Vessel type Regardless of the shape and characteristics of the powder including bulk density, particle size, adhesiveness and moisture level, any kind of powder can be stably transported. As the object is transported at high density (high mixture ratio), there are no damage and breakage to the object and no wear and clogging of the transportation pipe.
