12 Production Capabilities (Process & Equipmentwise) A. Melting : Induction Furnaces - 1 Panel (Dual Track) with 2 Crucibles. Melting capacity 40 tons per day liquid metal aggregating 10,000 Tons Good Castings per annum. A Gang of Treatment & pouring ladles for maximum size upto 5 tons per single piece. B. Sand Processing : Green Sand conditioning plants with a capacity of 300 M. T. of processed moulding sand per day with state of art fluidized bed & rotary drum type sand cooling system equipped with pollution control equipment. Silicate Sand mixtures with Auto Binder addition Pumps with sand attrition & reclamation plant equipped with pollution control equipment.

Moulding : Moulding line equipped with ARPA 450 & ARPA 300 equivalent simultaneous jolt squeeze moulding machines capable of producing 3000 moulds per day, supported by hydraulically operated mould handling system. Hand moulding facility upto 3.0 * 3.0 mtrs. Box size by silicate and chemically bonded sand process. D. Core Making : Vertical & Horizontal parting shell core shooter machines. Sand mixtures with Auto Binder addition Pumps for CO 2 & Single part no-bake cores. E. Component Dressing And Finishing : A chain of fully automatic shot blasting machines equipped with dust collection units. A full line of swing frame, pedestal, bench and pencil grinders.

Heat Treatment : Oil fired bell type furnace of 2 tons per batch capacity with auto temperature controller with 3 pen graph plotter suitable for stress relieving, annealing, normalizing, tempering, etc heat treatment process. G. Machining : A Set of conventional and CNC machines suitable for various type of jobs. (Out sourced) H. Surface Treatment : Crucible type fully equipped gas fired & electric hot dip galvanizing plant. (Out sourced) Trolley type diesel fired oven and booth type powder coating facility. I. Pattern Making : A Full fledged pattern development facility with experienced team.

(Where grade 150 denotes minimum Tensile Strength in N/MM 2 ) Alloyed Iron or Special Application Castings In addition to S.G. Iron & Cast Iron castings we have developed various special purpose Alloyed Iron castings to be used for Wear & Abrasion Resistance, Temperature resistance, Corrosion & scale resistance, etc. in different combination of Alloys. Note: Above stated grades as well as any other customized grades can be successfully developed on request. The grades mentioned above specify Tensile Strength in N/ MM Sq. & Elongation in percentage. So, the indigenous as well international grades can be easily compared with these values.
