11 Investments Cotia warehouse (2 storage warehouses which have a total area of 15,000 square meters, mapped and optimized, to be able to stock up to 13,500 tons of products); Logistics (well equipped to support technology such as digital scales, generator, fork-lift trucks ( 7 ), leveling platform and ERP/WMS system); Own fleet with modern trucks (22); Office m²; Furniture installations and softwares; Chemical Lab Liquid vessels (potting); Team Motivation (English and College courses, training programs, sport court, barbecue place, gym with personal trainer and leisure room). 12 Relevant Information Selective increase of Product line : (aprox. 500) Vanzolini Foundation certification NBR ISO 9001/2008 PRODIR Certification (Responsible Distribution Process, which includes not only quality but occupational health, safety and environment). 25% of staff are focused on sales and customer services. Implementation of a technological software (Customer Register and ERP/WMS). Increasing number of existing clients : Training courses for the sales team staff. Increasing participation in the Chemical Specialties (Products tailored to specific purposes).

19 White Room Investments in infrastructure also includes the White Room and rooms to bottle products received in bulk, sampling of products that are received already packed, and a specific room for the fractioning of liquids. The whole Project was followed by the Health Surveillance Agency (Agência de Vigilância Sanitária - ANVISA) and in April 2013 we obtained a licence to operate and trade such products.
