6 S.N NOTES Description Container & Cargo Storage charges are reckoned on per day basis. Cargo Storage charges are reckoned from the date of carting or de-stuffing to the date of stuffing or loading both days inclusive. Additional charges will be levied for cargo requiring special services like dunnage, lashing, materials, etc. Shipping Line / CHA will be required to pay Customs Overtime; if any required for work done at CFS. In case of repositioning of Empty Container for Exports shifting for other CFS/Empty Park,CHA/Shipper has to pay lift on/off charges All Cheques/DD to be drawn in favour of "Honeycomb Logistics Pvt. Ltd." payable at Mundra. Outstation Cheques will be accepted subject to recovery of bank charges. Dishonour of Cheque would attract liquidated damages of Rs.5000/-. The parties agrees that such liquidated damages are genuine pre- Payment of charges is not a guarantee for services. It is strictly on completion of all custom & statutory formalities. PD Account system is available for clients for ease of transactions. It is presumed that all consignments (Import/Export) being received at CFS are adequately insured against all possible risks during Prior movement of export container or delivery of import cargo, all CFS dues should be paid. Rates are subject to change. GST and other Government levies shall be applicable at the prevailing rates at the time of billing. Movement request for export container should be given hours prior to port gate cut off. All Charges are in Indian Rupees (INR) and excluding TAXES Movement of containers is subject to weight restrictions imposed by the Government, Court and other regulatory bodies. Overweight An additional 5% charges shall be applicable for handling of HAZ cargo. 9 For Cargo brought in CFS in bags for bulking, CFS is not liable for any loss or damage to the bags or cargo and the CFS reserves the
