11 Communication and Coordination Rod Myrick, P.E and Eddie Hernandez, P.E. CEI Point of Contact (POC) Rod will serve as the Sr. PE/Project Manager. Eddie will be serving as the coordinator of all information concerning the project. This ensures that there will be no communication break-downs amongst the team members.
