Phase OEA $529,892 Greater Orlando Aviation Authority Repairs to the existing Airfield Stormwater Drainage Orlando Executive Airport. Work involved complete inspection and desilting of approximately 4040 lf of storm water lines. After inspection repairs were made based upon line condition. Pipe liner was installed, joint repairs were made, or new CIPP was installed. Nine storm inlets were replaced. Chemically grouted 314 joints. Trenching, stormwater sewer pipe installation, inlets, cast-in-place pipe liner & pavement replacement for open trenches. 566 Winter Park Drive North Realignment $5,661,289 City of Casselberry Construct approx. 1.5 miles of two lane roadway through an undeveloped ROW along with supporting drainage & utility infrastructure. Work included excavation, embankment, stabilization, base, asphalt, reinforcing steel, lift station, mast arm assembly, signalization, MOT, irrigation. Drainage system included approx. 11,250 lf RCP 24"-42", 32 inlets and 28 manholes; utilities included approx 2,361 lf 8" potable water main with 14 service connections, approx 2,334 lf 8" reclaimed water main with 12 service connections and approx 4,487 lf of 6"-10" PVC sanitary sewer with 17 manholes and 25 service connections. 563 Lake Tyler Sediment Removal Structures $1,089,616 Orange County Highway Construction Project consists of the installation of three pre-fabricated Stormwater Treatment Units, 3 cfs and 14 cfs capacity. Two of the sediment removal structures were installed within a residential condominium complex and one was installed within an apartment complex. Installation of 1,148 LF of 15", 30" 36" concrete pipe along with three end treatments. Performed chemical grouting of soil to stabilize structures close to excavation area. 2 549 Rockledge Road Area Sanitary & Storm Sewer Construction $2,170,568 Construction of Sanitary and Storm Sewer in an existing subdivision. Work included installation of approx 1,110 LF of RCP Storm Sewer pipe from 18" to 24", installation of 10 structures, 43 manholes, 9,387 LF of 8" PVC Sewer Main, 200 4" lateral services and clean-outs, remove and replace approximately 2265 LF of curb and gutter, remove and replace 1000 SY of 4" concrete sidewalk, 2000 SY of 6" concrete driveway, installation of approx 24,500 SY of reclaimed asphalt and approx 10,000 SY of sod. 516 Tohopekaliga Avenue Extension $3,056,408 Project included the construction of a new four lane roadway, 4,000 lf of storm pipe from 60" to 18" and under drain, communication ducts, fencing, striping, geoweb, MOT. 514 Parktowne Industrial Center Ph-1 Drainage and Utility Improvements $1,400,443 City of Edgewater Project included the construction of two (2) stormwater ponds which entailed about 50,000 CY of earth and rock excavation, a 1,100 lf drainage ditch, a 2,300 lf storm drainage system with piping ranging in size from 54" down to 24", 1,800 lf gravity sanitary system installed to a depth of 12', and various utility adjustments and connections. Mr. Ken Hooper was the City's Project Manager on this project. 503 Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, Phase I $3,803,645 Project consisted of 2,900 lf of new two-lane roadway construction including water main, storm and sanitary sewer, retention pond excavation, curb, sidewalk, signalization, irrigation and sod. 488 West Ramp Phase 2 and West Access Road $1,571,896 Kissimmee Gateway Airport Construct aircraft parking apron to include: storm, grading, base, asphalt, markings, electrical. 3 480 City of Ocoee Old Winter Garden Road & Professional Parkway $6,997,105 Project required the widening of miles of existing Old Winter Garden Rd. from a 2 lane road into a 4 lane divided roadway. Work included utility relocations/improvements, storm pond excavation, storm drainage system installations, signalization, fencing, landscape & irrigation, signage, and pavement markings. Relocation and improvements of Sprint Telephone facilities located within the right-of-way of this project. 472 Cranes Roost PS Modif. & Reuse Weir Structure $406,220 City of Altamonte Springs Rehabilitation of storm water pump station from Cranes Roost, new 150 HP vertical turbine pumps, new controls. Also, sheet down to existing 21" gravity sewer & pour concrete structure for reclaimed water supply enhancement. 471 Budinger Avenue Roadway Improvements $390,252 City of St. Cloud Construction of water main, 30" storm drainage, roadway and signalization improvements. 468 Crystal Lake Stormwater Improvements $296,456 City of Clermont Work consists of clearing & grubbing, earthwork, construction of storm drainage system, installation of 6 baffle boxes to treat stormwater, grading and misc. work. 457 Drury Avenue Improvements $577, LF of paving to improve road, sanitary and storm sewer drainage, utilities, paving and sidewalk Wednesday, November 17, 2010 Page 3 of 5
4 452 City of Oviedo Sugarberry Ditch $200,253 Installation of 30"- 42" HDPE storm drainage system in residential area under tight working conditions with 15' distance between homes. 451 East Palmetto Avenue Improvements $1,116,051 City of Longwood Storm replacement, road construction, new water lines, sanitary sewer, sidewalks, driveways, MOT, landscaping and sodding Vacuum Sewer - North Utility System Expansion $739,567 City of Longwood Installation of approx. 10,000 LF of 4" and 6" sewer pipe for an extension of existing vacuum sewer system and approx. 7,150 LF of 8" watermain. Work consisted of dewatering, excavation, restoration and sod. 395 Rio Grande Intersections: Drainage, Sanitary & Traffic Improve. $1,254,120 Drainage & sanitary improvements at Rio Grande intersections. Work included concrete pavers & header curb in 2 intersections, new concrete curbs & asphalt pavement, replacement of concrete curbs, sidewalk, wheelchair ramps, digging large retention pond and installed storm drain control structures and weirs. This pond helped eliminate flooding in a College Park neighborhood. 388 Boyd Street Phase 3: Vineland Rd & Palmetto St Rehab. $861,082 City of Winter Garden Replacement of sanitary & storm sewer on two city streets and complete reconstruction of streets, including asphalt paving, curbs, sidewalks, grading and grassing, MOT and temporary erosion control.. 5 379 Guernsey Basin Drainage Improvements Phase 2 $1,131,996 Approximately 1500 lf of 54 and 48 RCP was installed down the center of a historic brick paved street, the installation was deep enough to require the whole street to be removed and reconstructed. The storm system ended with a submerged outfall structure in Lake Adair which required a sheeted coffer dam to install in dry conditions. All brick pavers were cleaned and re-installed per the City requirements. As part of this project 2 new brick round-abouts were created. The storm installation included several inlets, conflict structures and manholes. 300 LF of Gravity sewer and new water services were installed for all residents in the construction area. Critical OUC (Florida Hospital) utilities were inspected and protected as part of the project. During the project all residents were provided access to their homes and all home delivery or pick up services were maintained at all times. 373 GOAA, OIA, Operations Fire Training Facility $946,056 Greater Orlando Aviation Authority Construction of 3-story fire training facility, 2 acres of 8" concrete paving, fire lines, storm, grading, GEO synthetic liners 313 Gore Street Outfall Improvements $902,487 Construction of an alum chemical feed system for the Gore feeder canal into Clear Lake. Work includes storm drainage, box culvert, concrete slope paving, dewatering, flac pump station, flac curtain. 298 City of Sanford Mill Creek Year 3A Drainage Improvements $597,286 Continuation of storm drainage system. Work included installation of large diameter RCP, box culvert, manholes, sanitary sewer relocations, pour-in-place headwalls, by-pass pumping, excavation of two retention ponds (approx. 60,000 CY), curbs & walks, base, asphalt paving. 278 City of Sanford Mill Creek Year 2 Drainage Project $719,985 Installation of storm drainage system including precast manholes, inlets, 58" x 91" elliptical RCP, 8' x 4' precast box culvert, excavation, dewatering, pour-in-place concrete structures, fabriform, by-pass pumping of existing ditch, open cut in roadways, Wednesday, November 17, 2010 Page 5 of 5
