7 5 Welcome! Who are we, you ask? Janwa Company is a construction, general contracting and engineering Oil Field Services Company. Janwa was formed because there was a need for quality and superior services to provide general contracting and subcontract work. We aim to complete jobs within deadlines & in a safe, professional manner. We also have an ongoing safety program for all our employees. In addition to safety awareness; management would like to take this opportunity to keep our field personnel informed in matters concerning updated construction schedules and other issues regarding active projects. That being said, the most fundamental part about our company, are our employees. Our team cares about job quality & are always willing to go the extra mile to ensure the best of services for our clients. 15 13 Hydro Excavation Every day contractors, oil & gas companies and utility companies excavate for installation of underground facilities. They must then locate existing pipes, cables and lines for maintenance & repairs. Going back, this process usually involved digging by hand or with a mechanical excavator, backhoe or similar machine. 17 15 Cold Cutting & Bevelling Portable Pipe Cold Cutting Machine The portable cold cutting equipment for pipes avoid any heat affected zones and is designed specifically for the cold cutting of steel pipes in heavy duty applications, both on and off-site. 18 16 Hot Bolting Just a few loose bolts can cause big problems; Janwa ensures reliable operations with integrated bolting, on-site & in-shop machining. We manage the entire joint integrity process from inspection through to assembly, testing and completion, all on 24/ 7 basis. We provide controlled bolts by means of torquing and tensioning from small jobs to large turnarounds. Our trained technicians apply proven methods to disassemble, assemble and preload verification of bolted joints. The Confined Space Rescue Teams practise regularly to perfect their rescue techniques and are also recognized as industry specialists in the field. They are equipped with all the tools necessary to respond with immediate effect. Our teams are experienced in removing, handling and disposing all kinds of industrial waste. We are an environment friendly company and will only dispose of clients waste in compliance with their guidelines and to authorized waste disposal sites. Janwa is always ready to inspect any site using N.O.R.M indicators. The team is currently working for the Rumaila Operating Organization (ROO) in the clean-up, handling and disposal of N.O.R.M within the North & South Rumaila Oil Field.

23 21 Industrial Vacuum System Pump up the Jam! Save time and reduce accidents with our portale vacuum units, which are capable of handling sand, slump, rock, slurry, sludge and water! Our unit is powered by compressed air and is capable of transfer rates up to 60m / hour and has an on-site transport capability of 1,000 metres. 24 22 Robotic Units Robotics Challenge Tough Environments Our robots are remotely operated, hydraulically powered units. On most jobs, the robot can be deployed through a horizontal or vertical manway as small as 20 inches, using a launch cart with Cannon attachments, to act as a mobile water cannon and vacuum system, that s used to clean tanks from the inside. 25 23 Faster Blaster Cleaning The Faster Blaster is the only machine in the market that can blast clean, both vertical and horizontal surfaces and pipe, with remarkable savings in time, labour, clean-up, waste and above all costs! The Faster Blaster system is used throughout the world for cleaning water & petro chemical tanks. It is used to clean tank floors, roofs, internal walls, external walls, pipe, plate and concrete. It can also clean dome roofs and knuckle roof curved areas.

26 24 Manway Cannon Avoidance of man entry for tank cleaning operations is rapidly becoming a standard practise in all European countries. This technology is the ultimate for cleaning tanks at refineries, bulk terminals and other chemical/industrial plants. The Manway Cannon is installed on the side and/or upper manholes reducing exposure of a personnel to hazardous environment and avoiding entry to confined spaces. 27 25 Water Jetting Services The Jetting Systems line of Wet Abrasive Cutting Systems solves a variety of commonly encountered industrial tank and pipe cutting issues.
