3 ABOUT US WHO WE ARE Contract Packing Solutions (CPS) is a family-owned beverage manufacturing business, whose primary focus is to offer a total solution to beverage brand owners that do not have the relevant production facilities to manufacture their brands. Founded in 2004, CPS has evolved tremendously, initially only offering glass bottle filling and packaging (2007), but then a beverage canning line was commissioned in 2014 (Halaal-Certified), together with a Tunnel Pasteurizer for all sensitive drinks. Today, CPS is able to produce up to 8,000 cases of product per 8-hour shift. The Glass Bottle and Can Fillers each run at a nominal speed of 18,000 units per hour, and the downstream equipment is all at the relevant overspeeds. A 1,800m 2 finished goods warehouse was also built in MISSION Our mission is to supply a quality service to our customers in the beverage industry. Our advanced technical capability enables us to achieve production targets while strictly adhering to quality and delivery commitments. Staff complement is 37 employees, comprising of skilled and unskilled human resource, enabling both job-creation and skills development, thereby improving the quality of life for many. Mr. Trevor Smith is the owner and Managing Director of CPS. He is very passionate about the business, and is consistently at the coal-face of the day-to-day operations. He possesses a unique affection and dedication towards the Customer, the staff and the business. The CPS Team

4 (Glass Line) Depalletizer Filler/Capper Tunnel Pasteurizer Wet Glue Labeller Cluster Packer Case Packer Palletizer & Stretch-wrapper Our Glass Bottle Line runs a variety of bottle sizes, ranging from 275ml to 500ml, and can apply twist-off and pry-off crowns, as well as aluminium ROPP closures. Sensitive drinks have access to the Tunnel Pasteurizer.

5 (Can Line) Depalletizer Rinser/Filler/Seamer Tunnel Pasteurizer Shrink-wrapper Palletizer Our Halaal-Certified Can Line is flexible enough to run both steel and aluminium cans, as well as standard, slender and Slimline cans for all the various can sizes. Sensitive drinks have access to the Tunnel Pasteurizer.

7 (Quality) Glass Bottle Fill Height Detector Quality Control Laboratory In-Line Brix & CO 2 Analyser Can Fill Height Detector The product Brix and carbonation levels are continuously monitored in-line by the Cobrix 2 (Anton Paar), and the line will stop if the levels deviate from specification. Both the Glass Bottle and Can Lines also have Filtec Fill Height Level Detectors installed just after the capper and seamer (respectively), which reject any under-fills from each line. Quality parameters are confirmed in the Quality Laboratory at scheduled intervals during production.
